Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a laminate having fixed quality by a method wherein previously set resin melting viscosity proper to start pressing is detected by the quantity of decrease in the thickness direction of prepreg, and the prepreg is pressed when the quantity reaches a fixed value, in a method wherein the prepreg is heated at low pressure and then the pressure is elevated.
CONSTITUTION: A material formed by impregnating phenol resin to a paper base material is used as the prepreg 4, eight prepregs are stacked and employed as the blank of a laminated material, specular plates 3 in stainless are held, cushion materials 2 are located up and down and the prepregs are formed between press hot discs 1.
