CONSTITUTION: The phoresis image signal from an electrophoresis image detector is supplied to CPU4. In the CPU4, the respective segment positions of the electrophoresis image are decided, and the integrated values of the respective segments segmented by the respective segment positions are operated, by which the segmented value data are obtained. In this case, an outside input device 8 is connected to the CPU4, and from the device 8, arbitrary identifying functions with the segmented value data as parameters are inputted, and the specific identifying information by these identifying functions is outputted together with the segmented value data and is stored in a printer 6.
