Abstract

PURPOSE: To manufacture the captioned metallic conduit free from blister phenomenon and superior in adhesion strength by a method wherein a synthetic resin tube with hot melt adhesive containing a specified filler applied on the outer periphery is inserted inside the metallic conduit, and the resin tube is enlarged in size.
CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is obtained through mixing 1W100pts.wt. of an organic or inorganic filler (PS, fly ash, etc.) having a grain size 1.1W3 times as large as the thickness of an adhesive layer and a softening temperature higher than a heating temperature at lining with 100pts.wt. of hot melt adhesive obtainable through adding tackifier resin, wax, filler, etc. to ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, PE, etc. Next, said adhesive layer is provided on the outer periphery of a synthetic resin tube in PE, PVC, etc. which is enlarged in size by heating, the resin tube is inserted inside a metallic conduit, enlarged in size by heating, and thus the conduit is lined with the resin tube inside.
