Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable easy changing-over of multimetering and partial metering by providing the photometric circuit which performs TTL metering of the region of part of the image plane, in addition to the photometric circuit which determines the exposure of the entire part of the image plane.
CONSTITUTION: In the case of multimetering mode, a processing circuit A2 which is input with TTL-full-aperture-metering outputs P1WP15 from a photodetecting circuit A1 outputs the multimetering output Pans.1 suited for the conditions of the subject, prior to releasing of the camera. At this time, the circuit A2 outputs the multimetering output Pans.1 including only the luminance information component and the 1st arithmetic circuit A4 applies the output Pans.2 to the 2nd arithmetic circuit A5.
