Abstract

A tip 5 made of high-speed steel and having a prescribed twist angle is fitted in the slit 4 and coupled with the body so that the tip 5 is secured. The edge of the protruded portion of the tip 5 performs cutting. Since the tip is a monolithic, it has no seams. Therefore, no trouble occurs due to seams.
