Abstract
NEW MATERIAL:An acryloyloxy group-containing organopolysiloxane of formula I: [R1 is bifunctional hydrocarbon group; R2 is monofunctional hydrocarbon group; at least one of X's is monofunctional group of formula II: (R3 is H or 1W4C alkyl group; R4 is bivalent hydrocarbon group); the other X's are hydrogen atoms; n is a positive integer 0W4; 0<a≤3; 0≤b<3, 0<a+b≤3)].
USE: Protective coating compounds for printed circuit insulation, coating compounds for resist printing, and maskants for electroless plating.
PROCESS: An organopolysiloxane expressed by the everage composition formula III is added to an acrylic acid derivative of formula IV to give the desired compound of formula I.
