Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable digital and analogical detection of temperature to be made simultaneously, reduce size, improve thermal responsiveness, provide high reliability and save the labor of assembling and connecting by containing a heat sensitive thyristor and a thermistor in one case.
CONSTITUTION: A thermistor 5 is pressure-contacted by way of a rest pane 6 made of metal by a coil spring 7 to the bottom part of the stud type metal case 1 which has screw thread 2 and has been sealed with silicone oil 8 in its space 3. The other end of the spring 7 contacts the recess 12 at the end part of a cylindrical case 11 made of metal in which a heat sensitive thyristor 10 has been put. A hermetic terminal 20 which has the metal pipes 15, 16 inserted with the anode lead and cathode lead of the thyristor 10, sealing glass 14 and the metal flange 13 connected with the external terminal 17 of the thermistor 5 is welded to the top end of the case 11. A rubber packing 21 is covered on the welded collar portion thereof. The top end of the case 1 is calked via metal retainer ring 22 onto this and an epoxy resin 23 is built up.
