Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for connecting long sheets or films, and more particularly, to a method for storing connected (connected) sheets or films in a roll form. The present invention relates to an adhesive tape for connection which does not cause blocking or the like on a sheet or film.

When a conventional adhesive tape is used for such connection, naturally, the connection portion of the sheet is naturally used. The pressure-sensitive adhesive of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape protrudes from the end face of the sheet, and the sheets adhere to each other, causing so-called blocking.

As a result, the uncoated portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive was 0.05 mm or more from both ears of the tape base material (furthermore, Have been found to solve the above problems by using an adhesive tape provided with a thickness of 0.05 to 10 mm), and have completed the present invention.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive tape for connection of the present invention usually has a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer provided on a tape base material. Such a base material is not particularly limited, and polyester (PET), nylon, Teflon, polyethylene, polypropylene, paper ( Kraft paper), metal foils, various woven fabrics, various nonwoven fabrics, and composite substrates obtained by laminating these substrates. The adhesive used for the adhesive layer is also a synthetic resin, a natural resin, or a rubber. It is variously used depending on the purpose and application such as the system.

If the thickness exceeds 1 mm, the sheet may be stored in a roll form for a long time. In addition, the shape of the adhesive tape for connection remains on the sheet, which lowers the product value of the sheet, and further causes deformation of the roll and deviation of the roll, which causes trouble in the next step, which is not preferable. Also, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is not particularly limited, but is 0.5 mm or less (furthermore, 0.001 mm or less).
When the thickness exceeds 0.5 mm, the sheet and the adhesive tape are undesirably displaced due to the tension at the time of winding the sheet. In addition, in providing the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer on the tape base material, a known method can be employed. For example, a method of directly applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive to the tape base material or once applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive to another base material There are no particular restrictions on the method of transfer, the method of further attaching a double-sided tape to the substrate, and the like.

When the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is provided (the pressure-sensitive adhesive is coated) such that the uncoated portion of the pressure-sensitive adhesive is less than 0.05 mm from the both ears of the tape base material, the roll The object of the present invention cannot be achieved due to blocking of the sheet during storage or the like, and the uncoated portion of the adhesive is 0.05 to 10 mm from both ears of the tape base material. It is particularly preferable that the thickness be 0.1 to 5 mm. If the distance from both ends of the tape base to the adhesive layer is too large, it is not preferable because a trouble such as breakage of the tape occurs when the sheet is wound into a roll.

At the time of applying the pressure-sensitive adhesive, the coating width (portion) of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is set to a predetermined width (portion). A release agent or the like is provided, and the adhesive at both ends is removed after applying the adhesive, or the adhesive layer having a predetermined width at both ends is applied after applying the adhesive on the entire tape base material. Remove it, or attach a double-sided adhesive tape of a predetermined width to the tape base (in this case, consider the adhesive layer including the base), and apply the adhesive to both ends of the tape base. There can be mentioned a method such as providing an engineering part,
It is not limited to these.

In use, the ends of the sheet as described above are abutted and connected to the portion with the adhesive tape for connection of the present invention, or the end of the sheet is 1 to
It is also a useful method to overlap the sheets by about 5 cm and connect them with the adhesive tape for connection of the present invention, or to connect the sheets by bonding the front and back of the sheets using a double-sided adhesive tape as the adhesive tape.

The adhesive tape for connection of the present invention was obtained by laminating (05 mm, width: 38 mm) such that the respective center lines coincided (the adhesive layer was provided 1 mm inward from both ear ends). Next, two roll-shaped polyvinyl alcohol-based films (thickness: 0.015 mm, width: 800 mm, length: 3000 m) were butt-connected to each other, and connected with the adhesive tape for connection obtained above. And a roll-shaped polyvinyl alcohol-based film having a length of 6000 m. After storing the obtained 6000 m roll-shaped film at room temperature for one week, it was unwound at a speed of 150 m / min, but there was no blocking sound at the adhesive tape portion for connection, and both ears of the adhesive tape for connection were used. The end was observed with a microscope, and no bleeding of the adhesive from the end of the tape was observed.
