A corrugated tube which branches off in a direction perpendicular to the wire harness in the straight direction and is provided on the wire harness which is in the direction of the vertical axis of the T-shape is inserted into a set hole of the jig. In a state where the corrugated tube is placed against the corrugated tube to be sheathed on the wire harness in the horizontal axis direction of the U-shape, the corrugated tube is immovably held in the set hole, and in this state, the side opposite to the branch side of the corrugated tube. The tip is fixed to a wire harness by tape winding, and then, at the branch side, a joint portion between the corrugated tube sheathed on the wire harness in the horizontal axis direction and the corrugated tube held by a jig is joined by tape winding. A method for mounting a corrugated tube using a jig is provided.

When the jig described in (1) is used, the peak of the corrugated tube fits into the concave portion of the set hole of the jig, and the valley portion fits into the convex portion, and is held immovably. Therefore, when the tip of the corrugated tube on the branch side (vertical axis side) is abutted against the corrugated tube on the main line side (horizontal axis side), and set on the jig, the other end of the set corrugated tube is wound with a tape. When fixed, the abutting state can be maintained. Therefore, it is possible to eliminate the generation of a gap in the abutting portion.

If the corrugated tube is contracted at the abutting part, when the wiring jig at the branch part is lowered, the corrugated tube is extended so as to cover the part occupied by the jig, and the generation of the gap is ensured. Can be prevented. Further, the corrugated tube can be held by the jig of claim 1 or 2 in a state where the tip on the side of the abutting portion is contracted.

a and the pitch corresponding to the peak 20b. In addition, the convex part 11a and the concave part 11b formed in the inner surface of the set hole 11 need to be provided at least on the inner surface of the bottom part, but need not be provided on the inner surface of both sides. When the corrugated tube 20 is not provided on the inner surfaces of both sides, the corrugated tube 20 can be positioned and held by the convex portion 11a and the concave portion 11b only on the bottom side of the set hole 11. In addition, it is not necessary to provide a concave portion and a convex portion over the entire length direction through which the setting hole 11 has penetrated, and it is sufficient to provide only a part of the concave portion and the convex portion. In this case, at least three convex portions and the concave portion are formed. If they are provided continuously, they can be reliably positioned and held.

A method for attaching a corrugated tube to a wire harness using the jig according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the wire harness is connected to a wire harness in a linear direction at a portion where the wire harness branches in a T-shape. On the other hand, a corrugated tube which is branched in a direction perpendicular to the T-shape and which is covered with a wire harness which is the longitudinal direction of the T-shape is inserted into a set hole of the jig, and the tip of the corrugated tube is inserted in the horizontal direction of the T-shape. With the corrugated tube abutting from the side direction against the corrugated tube to be packaged on the wire harness, the corrugated tube is immovably held in the set hole, and in this state, the tip of the corrugated tube opposite to the branch side is taped to the wire harness. Winding and fixing, and then, on the branch side, a corrugated tube sheathed on the wire harness in the horizontal axis direction, A method of attaching a corrugated tube using a jig in which a joint portion with a corrugated tube held by a jig is joined by tape winding.
