Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.活性なそして感染性のアデノウィルスを、このウィルスに対して親和性を 有する結合性基を有するクロマトグラフィマトリックス材料と接触させる工程を 含み、しかも前記結合性基は、損傷されない形で前記ウィルスを通過させるのに 十分大きい、前記マトリックス中の細孔中に閉じ込められている、活性なそして 感染性のアデノウィルスを精製する方法。 2.活性なそして感染性のアデノウィルスを、細孔を含みそして前記ウィルス に対しての親和性を有する結合性基を有するクロマトグラフィマトリックス材料 と接触させる工程を含み、しかも前記マトリックスは、該ウィルスがその前記細 孔と接触するのを実質的に防止するのに十分な架橋または触手をさらに含む、活 性なそして感染性のアデノウィルスを精製する方法。 3.アデノウィルスをも含有するサンプルからアデノ随伴ウィルスを精製する 方法において、前記サンプルを、アデノウィルスを損傷することが出来るクロマ トグラフィ材料と接触させる工程を含み、しかも前記損傷されたアデノウィルス は非感染性となる、前記方法。 4.本明細書中の開示と実質的に一致するアデノ随伴ウィルスを精製する方法 。
