Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 (1)垂直にあるいは傾けて設けられた1つ以上の排出チャネル20を備え、熱 いばら材料18が生成された区域から重力により落下しチャネルを通り、シール された金属容器手段16が上記排出チャネル20の下端に接続された、流動床ボ イラその他の産業用装置で生じる熱い固体ばら材料用コンベヤ兼冷却装置10に おいて、上記容器16の中に適当な駆動手段によって駆動されるコンベヤベルト 手段14が設けられ、このベルト14上にチャネル20の下端から出る材料18 が層を成し連続移動する材料18の床が形成されるため、上記ベルト手段14が 前進中に材料18から熱を吸収する再生熱交換装置を形成し、上記ベルト手段1 4が前進中にはベルトの下側から、後退中には両側から、クーラ内の空気に熱を 伝え、排出チューブ20の下端とベルト手段14の間に予想される最大サイズの 材料片18を通過させうる隙間を設けたことを特徴とするコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (2)上記排出チャネル20がプラグとして上方と下方の圧力を分離する圧力分 離手段を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (3)ベルト14上の材料18層を所定の厚さとし、適当な過圧手段からの信号 または排出すべき材料の量を示すその他の変数に応じ、前進するベルト14の速 度を変えることによって、上記材料の容量を調整することを特徴とする請求項2 に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (4)上記材料の容量の調整が、調整すべき変数のトランスミッタ34と、出力 信号を出力するコントローラ36と、ベルト14を駆動するモータ手段の回転数 を調整する周波数コンバータ38から成る調整ループにより自動的に行われるこ とを特徴とする請求項3に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (5)真空中で動作することを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のコン ベヤ兼冷却装置。 (6)材料から奪った熱の再利用を可能にし、上記熱の再利用が容器の動作する 真空中で行われ、熱せられた空気がボイラ12の燃焼室に導入され、二次または 一次補助ファン手段42により一次または二次燃焼気とそれぞれ混合され、容器 16から排出される空気が所望の圧力になることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の コンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (7)冷却される材料18から奪った熱を再利用せず、熱を吸収した外気が、フ ィルタ手段48で適切に濾過された後、煙突効果または適切な排気ファンを利用 して大気中に排出されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置 。 (8)一次または二次空気の送風ファン46、44のいずれかによって空気をそ れぞれ取り込んで加圧状態で動作し、この空気がボイラに送られる前に上記コン ベヤ兼冷却装置10の容器16を通過して材料18から熱を奪うため空気自体が 加熱されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装 置。 (9)容器16内の粉体を含む空気のすべての排気口を適当な室50内部に設け 、上記室の内圧を内側の容器16より高くなるように保つことを特徴とする請求 項8に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (10)上記室50の1つかそれ以上の内壁52が透明な材料で形成され、室5 0を外部から点検できるようにしたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載のコンベヤ 兼冷却装置。 (11)固体材料18を攪拌する材料攪拌手段が、材料18と冷却用空気の間の 熱交換のために設けられ、上記攪拌手段が、主軸の周囲に回転自在に設けられる 鋤刃54またはスプーン型ミキサーCであることを特徴とする請求項1〜10の いずれかに記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (12)上記鋤刃手段54がそれぞれ内部チャネル手段56を備え、上記内部チ ャネル手段がそれぞれ主通気チャネル58に接続され、上記主通気チャネルが上 記主軸の内部で密閉されており上記主軸で形成されていることを特徴とする請求 項11に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (13)上記スプーン型ミキサーCが、1本または複数のラインに沿って設けら れ、材料18自体またはモータ手段で駆動されることを特徴とする請求項11に 記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (14)上記排出チャネル20に、ブレードバルブなどのセーフティ機構制御装 置と、排出される材料18のレベルを制御するセンサ手段を設けたことを特徴と する請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (15)移行バルブ組立体を各チューブ20の下端近傍に設け、ベルト14上の 材料18を均一な厚さにし、チューブ20が空になることを防止し、通常より大 きいサイズの材料片も通過させるようにし、上記組立体24が、送りチューブ2 0の下端26に設けられた閉鎖装置26と、容器ハウジングIと、ベルト表面か ら蝶番部までの高さが調整可能で蝶番式に上方へ動くように取り付けられた揺動 手段Pから成ることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれかに記載のコンベヤ兼 冷却装置。 (16)上記移行部材が、高さの調整が可能なブレード手段Lから成ることを特 徴とする請求項15に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (17)上記移行部材が、蝶番式に取り付けられたハンマー手段Mを形成するこ とを特徴とする請求項15に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。 (18)スクレーパ手段30を設け、底部に溜まった粉体材料を底部から掻き落 とすようにしたことを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれかに記載のコンベヤ兼 冷却装置。 (19)上記排出チャネル20がプラグとして上方と下方の圧力を分離する圧力 分離手段を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンベヤ兼冷却装置。
