Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.補聴器が、マイクロフォン(4)と少なくとも1つの周波数帯を処理するた めの制御可能な信号プロセッサ(6)とスピーカ(8)とを備え、補聴器を正常 な音の大きさに調節して少なくとも1つの周波数帯における目標利得を最適にす るため、帰還のない条件の下、装着者の少なくとも1つの周波数帯に対して聴力 しきい値レベルを設定し、検出された聴力損失に対して目標入出力応答を設定し 、上記の検出された聴力損失に対してそれに対応する理想的な入出力応答を作成 するためのプログラム可能な又はプログラム制御される補聴器を制御するための 方法において、 A 信号プロセッサの一組の制御パラメータを、最大目標利得に等しい最大利 得を有する入出力応答に初期設定し、 B 上記補聴器の音響帰還の発生を監視している間、初期設定した理想的な上 記入出力応答にしたがってその補聴器を適合する状態で動作させ、 C 注意すべき帰還が検出されない場合は、理想的な上記入出力応答に対して 初期の一組の上記パラメータを上記補聴器に設定し、 D 注意すべき帰還が検出される場合は、その他の周波数帯における利得に対 して初期の一組の上記パラメータを保持しながら少なくとも1つの上記周波数帯 に対して利得を下げることによってこの少なくとも1つの周波数帯に対して入出 力応答を調節する、 これらの処理から成る補聴器を制御するための方法。 2.注意すべき音響帰還が検出されなくなるまで上記処理B−Dを繰り返した後 、上記入出力応答の最後に得られる修正された応答を最適な上記入出力応答とし て上記補聴器に格納する請求の範囲の第1項に記載の方法。 3.監視して利得を下げる上記の処理は、複数の周波数帯の各々に対して別個に 実行される請求の範囲の第1項に記載の方法。 4.上記の初期の入出力応答は、予め設定した入力音響レベルの入力音に対して 予め設定した利得を与え、上記の初期の入出力応答にしたがう上記補聴器の上記 の動作処理は、予め設定した入力音響レベルの予め設定した利得を呈する検査中 の入出力応答をその補聴器に設定する請求の範囲の第1項に記載の方法。 5.上記の検査入出力応答の予め設定した入力音響レベルより上では、出力レベ ルは入力音に対して一定である請求の範囲の第4項に記載の方法。 6.上記の検査入出力応答の予め設定した入力音響レベルより下では、利得は入 力音に対して一定である請求の範囲の第4項に記載の方法。 7.上記の方法がさらに以下の処理: E 処理Dの後に利得が予め設定した最小レベルより下である場合は、上記の 方法を停止し、上記の方法の結果を上記補聴器の性能を示す符号として格納する 、 処理を有する請求の範囲の第2項に記載の方法。 8.さらに上記の方法が以下の処理: F 処理Bの前に環境騒音のレベルを監視し、この環境騒音のレベルが予め設 定したレベルを超えている場合は上記の方法を停止する、 処理を有する請求の範囲の第2項に記載の方法。 9.上記の処理Fは複数の周波数帯の各々に対して実行され、これら複数の周波 数帯のそれぞれにおける環境騒音が予め設定したレベルを超えている場合は、上 記の方法を停止する請求の範囲の第8項に記載の方法。
