Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to prevent the dissipation of design layers which are formed to distribute unevenly on the surface of an inorg. plate by using a coating material contg. a specific ratio of inorg. pigments and forming a protective layer on these design layers. SOLUTION: This decorative plate is obtd. by forming a waterproof sealer layer 4 on the front surface of the inorg. plate 1, forming a ground surface layer 5 on its front surface, partially forming the design layers 2 thereon so as to distribute unevenly by using the coating material contg. 60 to 90 wt.% inorg. pigments and coating the surfaces of the design layers 2 and the ground surface layer 5 with the protective layer 3. The inorg. plate 1 is obtd. by molding a cement compsn. formed by dispersing solid contents contg. cement, silica component, reinforcing fibers, etc., into water, to a planar form and curing and hardening the molding. The design layers 2 are the layers of 3 to 10 μm in thickness formed by applying the coating material, which is prepd. by compounding the inorg. pigments selected from titanium oxide, iron oxide, cobalt oxide, etc., with a base coating material, such as acrylic emulsion coating material, etc., on the ground surface layer and drying the coating. The protective layer 5 is a clear coating material and is a resin coating material layer of 5 to 20 μm in thickness which assures the adhesion property to the ground surface layer 5 and the design layers 2.

2. Description of the Related Art A decorative plate has been proposed in which a pattern layer is formed over the entire surface of a ceramic-based inorganic plate such as a cement plate or the like to apply a makeup. This pattern layer is formed of a thin coating film of about several μm, and is formed by applying a paint prepared by blending an inorganic pigment and curing a resin component in the paint. In addition, in such a decorative board, the surface of the picture layer is clear (transparent) with a coating film.
A protective layer is formed, and the protective layer prevents the picture layer from being damaged or damaged.

However, in the decorative plate of the above-mentioned conventional example, since the picture layer is formed with a paint containing less than 60% by weight of an inorganic pigment, it is irradiated with sunlight (ultraviolet rays). As a result, there is a problem in that the picture layer is deteriorated such as whitening due to the deterioration of the inorganic pigment or the resin component, and the picture layer is lost. Therefore, the compounding amount of the inorganic pigment is 6
It is conceivable to reduce the deterioration of the picture layer by forming the picture layer using a paint of 0 weight or more. In this case, the paint layer and the inorganic plate or There was a problem that the adhesion between the picture layer and the protective layer was low and the pattern layer was peeled off.

The waterproof sealer layer 4 is provided for ensuring the waterproofness of the inorganic plate 1 and for flattening the surface of the inorganic plate 1. For example, an acrylic emulsion paint can be used. The base layer 5 is for hiding the inorganic plate 1 and the waterproof sealer layer 4, for securing the adhesion (adhesion) between the picture layer 2 and the waterproof sealer layer 4, and for protecting the protective layer 3.
It is provided to ensure the adhesion (adhesion) of the waterproof sealer layer 4 and the like, and for example, an acrylic emulsion paint, an acrylic silicone resin paint, a fluororesin paint, an inorganic paint, or the like can be used. Those obtained by coloring these paints with a pigment or the like can be used.

For the picture layer 2, a paint prepared by blending an inorganic pigment with a base paint such as an acrylic emulsion paint, an acrylic silicone resin paint, a fluororesin paint, or an inorganic paint can be used. It is preferable to use a paint obtained by blending an inorganic pigment with a fluorine resin paint, an inorganic paint, or the like having a high content. As the inorganic pigment, titanium oxide, cobalt oxide, iron oxide, or the like can be used.

The paint for forming the picture layer 2 contains 60 to 90% by weight of an inorganic pigment based on the whole. If the content of the inorganic pigment (PWC: pigment content) is less than 60% by weight, the amount of the resin component in the paint for forming the picture layer 2 becomes too large, and this resin component is irradiated by the sunlight for a long time. The pattern layer 2 may be lost due to deterioration and whitening, and the pattern layer 2 and a protective layer 3 described later may be separated due to deterioration of the resin component. If the content of the inorganic pigment exceeds 90% by weight, the resin component in the paint for forming the picture layer 2 becomes too small, and the adhesion between the picture layer 2 and the protective layer 3 is reduced. There is a possibility that the protective layer 3 may peel off.

The content of the inorganic pigment is 60 to 90% by weight.
By doing so, it is possible to prevent the pattern layer 2 from bleeding when the paint for forming the protective layer 3 is applied,
A sharp picture layer 2 can be formed. Further, by setting the content of the inorganic pigment to 60 to 90% by weight, the penetration of the paint of the protective layer 3 into the pattern layer 2 is increased, and
And the protective layer 3 can be firmly integrated, and the adhesion between the picture layer 2 and the protective layer 3 can be increased. In order to prevent the deterioration of the picture layer and the peeling of the picture layer and the protective layer over a long period, the content of the inorganic pigment in the paint is preferably 75 to 90% by weight.

The protective layer 3 is preferably made of a clear (transparent) paint, and is preferably made of the same paint as the underlayer 5 and the picture layer 2 in order to secure the adhesion to the underlayer 5 and the picture layer 2. For example, an acrylic emulsion paint, an acrylic silicone resin paint, a fluororesin paint, an inorganic paint, or the like can be used. When forming a decorative board using the above-mentioned materials, first, a coating material for forming the waterproof sealer layer 4 is applied to the entire surface of the inorganic board 1 using a roll coater or a spray, and then dried. The waterproof sealer layer 4 is formed. Next, a coating material for forming the base layer 5 is applied to the entire surface of the waterproof sealer layer 4 using a roll coater, a spray, or the like, and dried to form the base layer 5. The film thickness of this paint can be set to 5 to 20 μm in order to cover the inorganic plate 1 and the waterproof sealer layer 4. The drying condition is a temperature of 50 to 80.

In the decorative plate of the present invention, as described above, the pattern layer 2 is unevenly distributed on the underlayer 5 on the surface of the inorganic plate 1 using a paint containing an inorganic pigment in an amount of 60 to 90% by weight. Thus, the pattern layer 2 is formed with a paint having an inorganic pigment content of 60 to 90% by weight.
Of the picture layer 2 can be prevented. In addition, since the pattern layer 2 is unevenly formed and partially formed on the surface of the underlayer 5, the protective layer 3 containing no pigment and having a high resin component and the pigment are not contained or the pigment content is reduced. The base layer 5 having a small amount of resin component can be directly adhered to the base layer 5, and the separation of the protective layer 3 from the base layer 5 on the surface of the inorganic plate 1 can be prevented. By preventing peeling, the pattern layer 2 covered with the protective layer 3 can be prevented from peeling from the underlayer 5, and the pattern layer 2 is coated with a paint having an inorganic pigment content of 60% by weight or more. Is formed, the occurrence of peeling of the pattern layer 2 and the base layer 5 can be reduced.
