たカレールー入り蓋用密封容器を填め込んだ後ポリエス
テル/塩化ビニリデン/ナイロン/易開封性シーラント
層の80μのフィルムにて該容器本体のフランジ部に2
00℃にてヒートシールし図2の如く内側包装体を填め
込んだ密封外側包装体を得た。半月後本体容器の易開封
性フィルムを剥離した後、更に内側包装体を取り出し、
内側包装体より易開封性フィルムを剥離した後、蓋用容
器より内容物のカレールーを本体容器内のご飯の上に移
した。そして蓋用容器を逆さにして本体容器の落とし段
部に填め込み、500Wの電子レンジ内で3分間加熱調
理したところ、蓋用容器が逆さまで本体容器の落とし段
部にはめ込まれ容器全体として充分な空間を擁している
ために、蒸気はほとんど逃げることなく満遍なく内容物
を加熱することができ、熱く美味しいカレーご飯を食す

N2 ガス雰囲気中にて落とし段部に煮魚用たれを充填密
封した内側包装体を填め込んだ後、ポリエステル/塩化
ビニリデン/ナイロン/易開封性シーラント層の80μ
のフィルムにて該本体容器のフランジ部に200℃にて
ヒートシールし、図2の如く内側包装体を填め込んだ密
封外側包装体を得た。その後該密封外側包装体を加圧式
レトルト釜で200℃、40分殺菌した。1ヶ月後、外
側包装体より易開封性フィルムを剥離した後、内側包装
体を取り出し、更に内側包装体より易開封性フィルムを
剥離し、蓋用容器より煮魚用たれを本体容器内の魚の切
り身の上に移した後、蓋用容器を逆さまにして本体容器
の落とし段部に填め込んだ。そして500Wの電子レン
ジ内にて5分間加熱調理したところ、蓋用容器が逆さま
で本体容器の落とし段部にはめ込まれ容器全体として充
分な空間を擁しているために、蒸気はほとんど逃げるこ
となく満遍なく内容物を加熱することができ、炊き立て
