(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To allow a food and drink to be managed at the time of patrol when the food and drink are transported and sold on a patrol basis. SOLUTION: When using a tableware provided with a non-contact / battery-less data carrier capable of reading and writing information, the tableware stores food and drink, throws it on a circuit transport path, and provides the information to a customer. The antenna 7 for reading and writing is arranged so as to face the patrol transport path 4.
When the tableware 1 'containing food and drink passes through the placement point for the first time,
The storage limit of the tableware 1 'is written in the storage section of the data carrier with the maximum expiration time, which is obtained by adding the passing time and the preset retention time of freshness of the food or beverage, and the maximum expiration time is set to the next antenna 7 arrangement point. Each time the antenna 7
And compares the current time with the current time. If the current time is within the expiration time, it is transported and provided to the customer, while if the current time is past the expiration time, the tableware 1 'is notified by the notification signal. to recover.

Description of the Related Art As a method for managing the freshness of food and drink in this type of traveling transport type restaurant, an ID medium is attached to a dish on which food and drink are placed, and a food and beverage tray (dish on which food and beverage is placed) is supplied on a traveling transport path. The ID number is read in advance by a reader (or measurement sensor) placed before
The information on the food and drink placed on the plate is input to the computer using a keyboard or an input device, and the ID number and the information on the food and drink are associated with each other and stored in the computer sequentially. It is transported and provided to customers. Then, the ID number of the food and drink tray that has been patrolled is read by another reader arranged on the patrol transport path, and the number of patrols is sent to the computer by comparing it with the ID number and food and drink information previously stored in the computer. A method is known in which food and drink dishes whose number of visits exceeds a prescribed number of times are sequentially stored and removed from the traveling conveyance path (for example, JP-A-8-238157, JP-A-9-44553).

By reading the ID number with another reader, it is checked against the food and drink tray that has been conveyed and the number of patrols of the food and drink tray is controlled by a computer. When the sushi held in the counter (kitchen on the store side) is put on the plate and directly put into the patrol path, the ID number of the sushi plate and the drink information are not stored in the computer in advance. Therefore, the number of patrols is out of the management target.

It is a factor that is not well received. In addition, such a method requires a plurality of readers, measurement sensors, input devices, a computer (personal computer), and the like, and has a problem in that equipment costs are high. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art by adopting a single function for freshness management of food and drink conveyed on a circuit and managing the time limit of the taste of food and drink by the single function. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for managing freshness of food and drink in a traveling transport type restaurant.

Using a tableware provided with a battery-less data carrier, when food and beverages are stored in the tableware and put on the patrol path to be provided to customers, the antenna for reading and writing information faces the patrol path. Tableware containing food and drink is placed at the antenna placement point for the first time.
It is assumed that the tour time has elapsed. At the time of passing, the taste limit time obtained by adding the passing time and the preset retention time of freshness of the food / drink can be written in the data storage unit of the data carrier of the tableware, and the taste limit time is set to the next and subsequent times. Each time the antenna passes through the antenna arrangement point, it is read by the antenna and compared with the current time, and if the current time is within the taste limit time, it is transported as it is and provided to the customer, while the current time has passed the taste limit time. If so, the tableware is collected according to the discrimination signal.

When writing the best-time limit on the data carrier of the dishes (tableware) that has been cyclically conveyed to the arrangement point, it has already reached one round, and the written best-time limit is extended by about one round time. However, the extended time is about several minutes, and it does not matter to the freshness-maintainable residence time (taste time). Problems that are out of management can be resolved.

In order to carry out the method of the present invention, as shown in FIG. 2, a tableware 1 in which a non-contact and battery-less data carrier 2 capable of reading and writing information by electromagnetic induction is embedded in a thread bottom 1a is used. In the figure, 3
Is a cured layer of the liquid sealing resin used for embedding the data carrier 2. In order to carry out the method of the present invention, for example, in a store such as a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, as shown in FIG. 1, a traveling conveyor path 4 which is an endless conveyor is installed. The section overhangs to the kitchen room 5 side. In the overhanging portion, a portion on the front side in the traveling direction is positioned as an input area 4a of a tableware (sushi plate) 1 'containing food and drink, and a portion on the front side is positioned as a tableware collection area 4b.

Normally, the tableware 1 'is placed on the loading area 4a on the traveling path 4 projecting into the kitchen room 5 and transported in a circuit, and the tableware 1' first passes through the arrangement point of the read / write antenna 7 after the store is opened. The last time limit value (information when the tableware 1 was used last time) in the data storage unit of the data carrier 2 is read and compared with the current time, and the last time limit value is not written, or the last time limit value is written. The time is written, and the time is set to 1
Any time that has passed the patrol equivalent time or more is judged to be the first pass, and the best pass time (information ) Is written to the data carrier 2.

If the customer is transported to the kitchen room 5 without picking it up (no pre-recorded on the computer), when the tableware 1 'passes through the read / write antenna 7, it is determined in the same manner as described above. Is regarded as the first pass, and a taste limit time obtained by adding the pass time and the preset freshness-maintainable dwell time to the data storage unit of the data carrier 2 is written and provided to the customer. That is, the data carrier 2 has a circular transport path 4
After a maximum of one round, the time limit is written, so that it will stay longer than the preset freshness-maintainable dwell time for about one round, but this will not be subject to freshness management. Can be avoided. The subsequent course of the tableware 1 'is the same as described above.

The signal decoding indicator 2b detects and demodulates the received signal. The storage data signal corresponding to the data signal is sent from the data storage unit 2c to the switch unit 2d, and the internal impedance of the data carrier 2 is changed. As a result, a radio wave having an amplitude corresponding to the identification data signal and the information data signal in the data carrier 2 is generated on the antenna 12d of the reader unit. That is, the reader unit is in the same state as when the AM modulated radio wave is received, and by detecting and demodulating it, the management computer 12b reads, identifies, and recognizes it.

用的価値はきわめて多大である。As described above, the present invention does not require a computer (personal computer), an input device, a plurality of readers, a measurement sensor, and the like, which are indispensable in the conventional method.
Equipment costs for implementing the method of the present invention can be greatly reduced. And since there is no need to collect and centrally manage various types of information on a computer (PC), it can be used offline as a single function of freshness management. For example, it is possible to use a computer outside the kitchen room without recording it in advance. Even if new food or beverages are loaded from a random place on the patrol transport path from the store kitchen, etc., their practical value is extremely high, such as the ability to reliably manage their freshness and eliminate complaints from customers. It is enormous.
