Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for an extrusion rod and to make an overall length short by adopting a structure to extrude caulking material by advancing an extrusion section while incising the cylindrical body part of a caulking container. SOLUTION: The extrusion section 1 is formed as the structure having a notching knife 6 so that the caulking material can be extruded while the cylindrical body part of the caulking container is incised simultaneously with advance. A press fitting 2 with a feed gear 5 mounted at the extrusion section 1 is so constituted as to be advanced by pulling a feed handle 3. The extrusion section 1 is so constituted as to be interlocked to the press fitting 2 with the feed gear 5 by a ratchet mechanism 4. The extrusion section 1 may be pulled back to its home position by puling a pull back rod 7 to release the ratchet mechanism 4. The caulking gun is formed to a container incising and forward and backward moving and pushing type in such a manner, by which the piston type caulking gun of the short overall length may be obtd.
