び透視性を備えたカバー層と粘着剤層とを有するシール
本体と、シール本体のカバー層に剥離可能に接着された
裏打紙と、粘着剤層を覆う剥離紙とからなり、シール本
体の周縁の全体ないしは一部分に個々のシール本体によ
り位置、形状の異なる凹凸を形成した構成の改ざん防止
シールとすることにより、シール本体を部分的に剥離し
て捺印シールを差し替えようとしてもシール本体が伸び
るか破断してしまい原形を保ったままで剥離し元の状態
に貼り直すことができない。また、シール本体を全て剥
離して除去し捺印シールを差し替えた後に、新しい改ざ
ん防止シールを入手して貼り替えようとした場合におい
ても、シール本体の周縁に形成されている凹凸の形状な
いしは位置がことなるので、通帳側に残っている割印と
完全に位置合わせをして割印をすることが不可能となる
ので、改ざんを確実に防止することができる。上記の構
成の改ざん防止シールのシール本体を、通帳に貼着され
た捺印シールを覆って貼着し、シール本体の周縁の凹凸
が形成された領域に割印をした構成の改ざん防止通帳と
することにより、上述のように通帳の改ざんを確実に防
