(57) [Summary] (Modifications required) [Problem] The amount of leachate that needs to be treated to be released to public waters by separating and collecting rainwater and leachate is significantly reduced, and management costs are significantly reduced. Obtain reduced waste disposal sites such as managed waste final disposal sites. SOLUTION: A leachate drainage groove 3 divided into a plurality of sections by a partition wall 2 and having an open upper part at one end side of each section Z, and a rainwater drainage groove opened upward in juxtaposition with the leachate drainage groove 3. 4 is provided, and a roof 30 provided with a rainwater collecting pipe that collects rain falling over the upper part of the section and guides the rainwater to the rainwater drainage groove 4 is provided so as to be movable for each section so that the roof 30 faces the upper surface of the opening of the rainwater drainage groove 4. The rainwater guide lids 10 and 11 are detachably mounted on the upper surface of the leachate drainage groove 3 so that rainwater and leachate discharged from each section can be separated and collected.

Among the equipment costs of the final disposal site, the cost required for the treatment of leachate, such as COD removal treatment, BOD removal treatment, or heavy metal removal treatment, is very large and may exceed about half of the equipment cost. The present invention has been made in view of such problems, and by separately collecting rainwater and leachate, the amount of leachate that needs to be treated to be released to public waters is significantly reduced and managed. It is an object of the present invention to provide a waste disposal site such as a managed waste final disposal site capable of significantly reducing costs.

That is, for a section that has not yet received waste, or for a section that has finished receiving waste, a rainwater guide lid is installed on the upper surface of the leachate drainage groove located at one end of the section, On the bottom of the compartment, or
Rainwater flowing on the soil covering surface above the deposited waste after the receiving is completed can be guided to the rainwater drain by the rainwater guide lid and drained. The leachate remaining in the waste in the section where the waste has been received can be guided to the leachate drain by way of a plurality of leachate drain holes on the side wall of the leachate drain.

So that rain does not fall directly on the waste being received. Rainwater that has fallen into the compartment of the disposal site from the side of the roof or the like can be led as a leachate to the leachate drainage channel through the upper surface of the side wall of the leachate drainage channel or through a plurality of leachate drainage holes in the side wall. For this reason, the rainwater guide lid is removed or not attached to the upper surface of the leachate drainage groove. Thus, rainwater and leachate can be separated and collected, and the amount of leachate requiring treatment can be minimized.

The rainwater falling on the waste 20 deposited by the rainwater can be guided to the rainwater guide lids 10, 11, 13 and flow out to the rainwater drain 4. That is, as shown in the figure, a cover 21 is applied to the upper surface and the slope of the deposited waste 20, and a waterproof sheet 22 is further provided on the surface thereof. That is, the important point of the present invention is that the waste receiving part of the disposal site is divided into a plurality of divisions Z,
The section UZ receiving waste is limited to a part of the waste receiving section of the disposal site, and a roof 30 is installed in the section to prevent rainwater from entering the section of the disposal site. Leachate drain 3 and rainwater drain 4 are designed to prevent falling into the receiving waste and to allow clear separation of leachate and rainwater, and to prevent leachate from entering the rainwater. In addition, the present invention is to make the configuration so that rainwater is not put into the leachate as much as possible.

Effective use of the disposal site is possible. In this case, an intermediate treatment facility for general treatment of waste, such as burning / incineration, pulverization, separation, and conversion to fuel, or vitrification or ash fusion of waste is placed near the disposal site. By installing an intermediate treatment facility for advanced treatment of waste, for example, it is possible to treat waste highly and efficiently.

Only the leachate treatment can be performed. That is, the residual heat and the collected leachate are heat-exchanged by a heat exchanger or the like, and the leachate can be boiled and evaporated to be released to the atmosphere.

The setting of the drainage ditch is determined in consideration of the topography of the place where the disposal site will be installed and ease of use. For example, as shown in FIG. 20, a disposal site as a waste receiving portion is provided on both sides of a drainage channel for leachate and rainwater, and the left and right waste receiving portions are divided into a plurality of sections Z. That is, in FIG. 20, the rainwater drainage ditch 4 and the leachate drainage ditch 3, 3 are provided side by side at the center of the disposal site, and the wastewater on the left side faces the leachate drainage ditch 3 on the left side. The receiving portion is formed by dividing the plurality of sections ZL so as to extend in a direction orthogonal to the drainage grooves 3 and 4, and the right side waste receiving section is drained from the plurality of sections ZR by facing the right leachate drainage groove 3. It is divided so as to extend in a direction perpendicular to the grooves 3 and 4.

If the long side of the disposal site is extremely long, the height difference between the point near the outer edge of the disposal site and the drainage ditch becomes large due to the gradient of rainwater. In some cases, the height difference can be reduced by shortening the long side of the mark, which is preferable.

That is, for a section that has not yet received waste or a section that has finished receiving waste, a rainwater guide lid should be installed on the upper surface of the leachate drainage groove located at one end of the section. Accordingly, rainwater flowing on the bottom surface of the compartment or on the waste surface on which the reception has been completed and deposited can be guided to the rainwater drainage ditch by the rainwater guide lid and drained. Further, the leachate in the waste in the section in which the reception of the waste has been completed can be guided to the leachate drainage through a plurality of leachate drainage holes in the side wall of the leachate drainage and discharged.

Therefore, it is possible to significantly reduce the amount of leachate discharged from the waste without causing rainfall on the waste in the section, and to reduce almost all of the rainfall falling on the section as leachate as rainwater. And can be collected separately. The leachate discharged from the waste in the compartment can be guided to the leachate drain by way of a plurality of leachate drain holes in the side wall of the leachate drain.

For this reason, the treatment cost for discharging leachate to the public area can be significantly reduced, and the management cost of the disposal site can be significantly reduced.
