Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.記録されたとき1つ以上の速度での再生を容易にする、MPEGと両立す るディジタル画像を表す信号を発生する方法であって、 a)MPEGと両立するディジタル画像を表す信号を含むデータストリーム( 09)を受け取る段階と、 b)前記データストリーム(09)を復号化(20,30,40,50,60 ,70)して、内部符号化されたデータ(71)を抽出する段階と、 c)前記内部符号化データ(71)から抽出される特定の係数を貯えて、ビッ ト・レートの低下した内部符号化されたフレーム(111)を形成する段階と、 d)前記ビット・レートの低下した内部符号化フレーム(111)を周期的に 選択して、トリック再生速度に特有のビットストリーム(121,131,14 1)を形成する段階と、 e)前記トリック再生速度に特有の前記ビットストリーム(121,131, 141)と前記データストリーム(10)の中から選択して、記録フォーマット 化されたビットストリーム(200)を発生する段階と、 f)前記記録フォーマット化されたビットストリーム(200)を記録する段 階とから成る、前記方法。 2.前記内部符号化されたデータ(71)が内部符号化されたマクロブロック を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。 3.前記内部符号化されたマクロブロックから、DC離散コサイン変換係数を 選択し且つAC離散コサイン変換係数を捨てる段階を更に含む、請求項2に記載 の方法。 4.前記ビット・レートの低下した内部符号化フレーム(111)がDC離散 コサイン変換係数を含んでいる、請求項1に記載の方法。 5.前記ビット・レート低下内部符号化フレーム(111)の前記周期的選択 の周期性が前記トリック再生速度と関連している、請求項1に記載の方法。 6.所定数のビットが蓄積されて、前記ビット・レートの低下した内部符号化 フレーム(111)を形成するまで、前記ビット・レートの低下した内部符号化 フレーム(111)を選択するのを待っている段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載 の方法。 7.前記トリック再生速度に特有の前記ビットストリーム(121,131, 141)および前記データストリーム(10)の順次選択をフォーマット制御( FMT CTRL)して、前記トリック再生速度における前記MPEGと両立す るビットストリーム(200)の再生を容易にする段階を付加的に含む、請求項 1に記載の方法。 8.前記MPEGと両立するビットストリーム(200)を記録するレコーダ (210)からの制御信号(211)を含むフォーマット制御(FMT CTR L)に応答して前記順次選択が制御される、請求項1に記載の方法。 9.飛越し走査される画像データにおけるフリッカを防止するために、pic ture_coding_extension sectionにおけるfra me_pred_frame_dct flagを前記MPEGと両立するビッ ト・ストリームの“1”に設定する段階を更に含む、請求項1に記載の方法。 10.フィールド符号化されるマクロブロック内で、ブロック0とブロック1を ブロック2とブロック3にコピーする付加的段階を含む、請求項2に記載の方法 。
