Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 搬送される被加熱材を電源から交番電力が
    供給される誘導加熱コイル内を通過させて誘導加
    熱する誘導加熱コイル装置において、 前記誘導加熱コイルを互いに巻き方向が逆方向
    の少くとも２ケの加熱コイルに分割すると共に、
    この分割された加熱コイルに互いに逆方向の電流
    が流れるように前記電源に接続し、分割された誘
    導加熱コイルにより被加熱材に発生する軸電圧が
    相殺されるようにしたことを特徴とする誘導加熱
    コイル装置。 (2) 搬送される被加熱材を電源から交番電力が
    供給される誘導加熱コイル内を通過させて誘導加
    熱する誘導加熱コイル装置において、 前記誘導加熱コイルを互いに巻き方向が逆方向
    の少なくとも２ケの加熱コイルに分割すると共に
    、前記分割された加熱コイルに互いに逆方向の電
    流が流れるように前記電源に接続し、前記分割さ
    れた誘導加熱コイルの間に、多数の調整タツプを
    具備するワンターンコイルより成る軸電流抑制コ
    イルを配設し、被加熱材に発生する軸電流を打ち
    消すようにしたことを特徴とする誘導加熱コイル
    装置。 (3) 搬送される被加熱材を電源から交番電力が
    供給される誘導加熱コイル内を通過させて誘導加
    熱する誘導加熱コイル装置において、 前記誘導加熱コイルを右巻き、又は左巻きコイ
    ルのいずれか一方のみで構成するとともに、多数
    の調整タツプを具備するワンターンコイルより成
    る軸電流抑制コイルを配設し、被加熱材に発生す
    る軸電流を打ち消すようにしたことを特徴とする
    誘導加熱コイル装置。
