の各部の圧力変化状態を示すグラフで、ａは供給
圧力、二次側容積、絞り径がバランスよく設定さ
れている場合、ｂは二次側容積に比較して絞り径
が小さい場合、ｃは弁の容量、感度に比較して二

- 外部指令に対応して連続的に圧力を出力する自
己保持型圧力調整機構を有する弁において、二次
側通路の供給弁部とフイードバツク通路間に絞り
栓を設け、外的条件変化に対して鳴動を防止する
ように構成したことを特徴とする圧力調整弁。
