(産業上の利用分野)
本考案は分電盤等の内部に銅板等からなる接続
導体とその保護カバーとを取付けるために使用さ

(従来の技術)
分電盤等の内部には分岐ブレーカとの接続用に

護カバーの支持高さを変える必要がある。このた
め従来は保護カバー支持部の高さが異なる多くの
支持体を用意しておき、必要に応じて使い分けて
いたので、類似形状の極めて多種類の支持体を製
造しなければならず、個々に金型を製作する必要
があるためにコスト高となるうえその在庫管理に
も手数を要し、また分電盤に仕様変更があつたり
特別注文があつたときには支持体を組み換える作

な浅い凹溝8を形成して第3図に示される分岐導
体50間の隔壁40を垂直に支持できるようにす
ることが好ましい。9は保護カバー取付用のスペ
ーサであり、第2図に示されるようにその下面を
支持体1の凹陥部3に係合させて支持体1の下面
から挿通される取付けねじ4によつて支持体1上
に垂直に固定されるものである。このため、スペ
ーサ9の少くとも下端部は凹陥部3に対応する断
面形状を有するものとし、スペーサ9の下端には
取付けねじ4のためのねじ孔10が形成され、ま
たその上端には保護カバー取付け用のねじ孔11
が形成されている。スペーサ9は高さが例えば30
mm、40mm、50mm等のものを複数種類製作しておく
ものとする。なお、スペーサ9の前後両側面にも
支持体1の凹溝8と同様の浅い凹溝12を形成し

してスペーサ9のねじ孔10を利用して締付け、
スペーサ9を支持体1上に垂直に固定する。次に
支持体1をその両端部の取付け孔6を利用して取
付けねじ7によつて分電盤等のベース30上に固
定したうえ、支持体1の上面のねじ孔2に接続導
体50を接続導体取付けねじ13によつて固定す
るとともに、第2図に示されるように保護カバー
41をスペーサ9の上面に保護カバー取付けねじ
14によつて取付ける。スペーサ9は前述のよう
に高さの異なる複数種類のものが用意されている
ので、適当な高さのものを選択することによつて
保護カバー41を任意の高さに支持することがで
き、またスペーサ9はその下端を支持体1の凹陥
部3に係合させて支持体1上に固定されているの
でがたつきを生ずることがなく、保護カバー41
を的確に支持できるものである。なお、保護カバ
ー41の下方へ折曲された端面42は支持体1の
上面の凹溝8に挿入して支持させることができ、
また、第3図に示されるように、スペーサ9の側
面の凹溝12と支持体1の側面の凹溝8とを利用

種々の高さに保護カバーを支持させるために、上
面に導体取付用の複数のねじ孔とその中間に位置
するねじ挿通孔付きの凹陥部とを備えた支持体
と、保護カバー取付用のスペーサとの組み合わせ
を使用したので、従来のように種々の高さの保護
カバー支持部を備えた支持体を用意する必要がな
く、その製造及び保管の手数を省くことができる
とともに分電盤に仕様変更があつたり特別注文が
あつたときにも直ちに対応することを可能とした
ものである。また、保護カ導体取付用のスペーサ
は接続導体の間の隔壁の支持にも使用することが
できる利点もある。よつて本考案は従来のこの種
の導体支持装置の問題点を一掃したものとして、
