以上の構成を有する本発明によれば、根太梁を
備えている床版をコンクリート壁に形成してある
鉄筋コンクリート床部間の開口部に渡して、上記
床版の下方に位置している床版全域に、束やブレ
ース材がない空間ができるため、長尺パイプ,大
径パイプ,太ダクトの敷設ができ、上記下方に位
置している床板の使用効率を高め、生産設備など
の変更にも柔軟に対応でき、そして上記下方に位
置している床板上に従来のような束が林立せず、
そしてブレースを設けていない分、作業が容易に
なるのでメンテナンス作業がしやすくなり、工期
の短縮、工費の低減にも極めて有効である。また
コンクリート壁及び鉄筋コンクリート床部の剛性
