Conventional caulking material filling nozzles have a hollow conical shape with a cross section that gradually tapers toward the tip.The thin tip is inserted into a wall joint or crack in the wall, and the caulking material is dispensed through the small hole at the tip. It was extruded and filled into joints and cracks. In this case, since the caulking material is not press-fitted into the joints or cracks, it is not filled deep into the joints or cracks, but is merely a superficial filling, and after a long period of time, the adhesive strength due to deterioration of the surface part of the caulking material The problem was that water could re-enter through the joints and cracks, resulting in a decrease in quality and even peeling. Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the amount of filling with the conventional caulking material filling nozzle is small, when caulking the joints of a newly built house, it is necessary to form a groove, which is a hassle. In addition, when the caulking material filling nozzle is separated from the wall surface after the caulking material is press-fitted, the caulking material inside the filling nozzle is pushed out by the back pressure on the caulking gun side, and the caulking material leaks from the press-fitting hole 14 and stains the surrounding area. There was a problem.

The present invention will be explained in detail below. FIG. 3 shows an embodiment of the present invention, in which a female thread is screwed into one end of the hollow filling nozzle body 1, and a caulking gun attachment part 2 is provided.
A male thread is provided on the outer periphery of the other end, and a jet nozzle 9 is provided protruding from the center of the other end. The female thread is, for example, a tapered thread, and is tapered to match the tip of the caulking gun 11. The caulking material filling hole 8 drilled in the filling nozzle body 1 becomes gradually thinner toward the tip, and the spout hole 3 drilled at the tip of the spout nozzle 9 is located at the center of the spout nozzle 9. The diameter of the caulking material filling hole 8 is smaller than that of the drilled caulking material filling hole 8 (for example, the diameter of the caulking material filling hole 8 is about 0.5 to 2 mm, and the diameter of the ejection hole 3 is about 0.1 to 1 mm), so that the residual pressure of the caulking material 10 extruded under high pressure can be reduced. The caulking material 10 when press fitting is stopped is adjusted with the tube resistance of the jet nozzle 9 and the inner flange 5 of the sponge cylinder 4, which will be described later.
This prevents drooling. ) is formed. The material of the filling nozzle body 1 is usually metal (iron or brass), but if the pressure is not very high, plastic may be used. A female thread for screwing is provided on one inner peripheral surface of the mounting cylinder 7 for attaching the sponge cylinder 4, and a mounting hole 15 for screwing the sponge cylinder 4 is bored in the other side. . The first embodiment of the sponge cylinder 4 has a cylindrical shape, and its material is closed-cell neoprene rubber or silicone rubber containing fluorine resin (approximately 30%). In particular, when silicone rubber containing soft resin is used, the caulking material 10 does not adhere to the sponge cylinder 4, resulting in a clean finish. The caulking material filling nozzle A has a mounting cylinder 7 screwed onto the filling nozzle main body 1 as shown in Fig. 3, and a sponge cylinder 4 is attached to the mounting hole 15 of the mounting cylinder 7 and secured with screws. . At this time, the jet nozzle 9 is fitted into the press-fit hole 14 of the mounting cylinder 7.

Then, as shown in Figure 1, use caulking gun 11.
Attach the caulking material filling nozzle A to the tip of the joint 1, and press the sponge cylinder 4 of the caulking material filling nozzle A against the joint 12 as shown in FIG.
Move along 2. Then, the sponge cylinder 4 collapses and comes into close contact with the wall surface, sealing between the caulking material filling nozzle A and the wall surface, and the caulking gun 11
The caulking material 10 is press-fitted deep into the joint 12 (the average press-fitting depth reaches 50 mm or more) while preventing the caulking material 10 extruded from leaking. or,
In the case of cracks 12, unlike joints 12, their depth and width are undefined, so the filling depth may not be sufficient using the same method as joint construction. In this case, fill the cracks with caulking material 10 at regular intervals. Fill to 12.
After hardening, this is used as a partition wall, and the caulking material 10 is filled again during this time. This partition wall then acts like a nozzle in the crack 12 and pushes the caulking material 10 deep into it.

Now, on the side of the caulking material filling nozzle A, the caulking material 10 extruded under high pressure is extruded under high pressure into the press-fitting hole 14 of the sponge cylinder 4 through the caulking material filling hole 8 and the spouting hole 3. ,
Furthermore, it will be press-fitted into the joint 12 or crack 12 as described above. When the filling of the caulking material 10 is completed, the pressure from the caulking gun 11 side is not transmitted to the part beyond the spouting hole 3 because it is blocked by the pipe resistance of the spouting hole 3 and the spouting nozzle 9, and at the same time, the sponge cylinder 4 returns to its original shape. Along with this, the inner flange 5 moves in the direction of closing the gap 6 and acts in the direction of closing the opening of the sponge cylinder 4. As a result, the caulking material 10 does not leak out from the caulking material filling nozzle A. That is, a residual pressure adjustment effect is produced.

FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the mounting cylinder 7 and sponge cylinder 4 of the caulking material filling nozzle A are formed into a rectangular parallelepiped, and the filling nozzle body 1 is provided with a spouting slit 3. . In this case, it is best to use it for straight joints 12 or cracks 12. The width of the jet slit 3 is about 0.3 to 1.5 mm, and the length is 50 mm or less, and the slit width of the jet nozzle 9 is about 0.6 to 3 mm. FIG. 6 shows a third embodiment of the present invention, in which the tip of the sponge cylindrical body 4 is formed at a substantially right angle, and is used by being placed against a corner of a wall surface. In addition, the block indicated by the imaginary line in FIG.
A plug 13 is inserted into the hole 13 to prevent the press-fit hole 14 from being clogged with the caulking material 10.

When the inner flange 5 is present as described above, the caulking material 10 enters the caulking material reservoir between the tip of the jet nozzle 9 and the inner flange 5, and then the gap 6 between the inner flange 5 is expanded. It is extruded under high pressure.
The inner flange 5 of this sponge cylinder 4 also functions similarly to the jet nozzle 9, and by adjusting the residual pressure in two stages,
Even if the caulking material 10 is filled under high pressure, there will be no leakage.

As described above, the present invention has a caulking gun attachment part formed at one end of the hollow filling nozzle body, and a jetting nozzle for extruding caulking material protruding from the other end.
The spouting nozzle is inserted into a press-fit hole drilled into the sponge cylinder, so when filling caulking into joints or cracks, pressing the caulking material filling nozzle against the wall will crush the sponge cylinder and prevent the caulking material filling nozzle from collapsing. It completely seals the space between it and the wall surface, so there is no leakage of caulking material, and as a result, it is possible to fill the caulking material under high pressure, making it possible to fill the caulking material deep into joints and cracks. Therefore,
A long-term sealing effect is guaranteed, and there is no fear of rainwater intrusion. Furthermore, since the sponge cylinder has a sealing effect, the caulking material does not leak or protrude from the joints as described above, and the caulking material is filled only into the joints and cracks, resulting in a beautiful finished appearance. In addition, at the other end of the ejection nozzle for extruding caulking material, an ejection hole with a smaller diameter than the caulking material filling hole bored in the center is bored at its tip, and a sponge cylinder attached to the ejection nozzle. Since the inner flange is protruding from the inner periphery of the tip of the press-fit hole, the sponge cylinder returns to its original shape as soon as filling is completed, and the inner flange moves in the direction to close the gap, and the sponge cylinder Since the caulking material that has accumulated between the tip of the spout nozzle and the inner flange does not drip from the opening of the sponge tube, the inner flange of the sponge tube also closes the narrow diameter of the tip of the spout nozzle. It functions in the same way as the jet hole, and the residual pressure is adjusted in two stages, so there is no leakage even when filling with caulking material under high pressure.
