本考案はトレーシングシートに関するものであ
り、更に詳しくは印刷が消去されないトレーシン

従来、設計製図用など図面作成にトレーシング
ペーパが使われて来たが、引裂強度及び耐折強度
が不足し、また湿度などの外部環境の影響を受け
て吸湿じわやカール発生などの問題を生じてい
た。近年この対策としてトレーシングペーパに樹脂
含浸したもの（特公昭57−49897）や両面マツト
化フイルムが図面作成用などのトレーシング材料
に供されている。通常、之等のトレーシングシー
トはシートの表面にトレーシングに必要な方眼或
いは枠印刷が施されている。このため鉛筆、ボー
ルペン、インキなどの筆記具で作図する場合、不
要個所を消去したり、或いは修正したりする際に
同時に印刷部分まで消去され、目的の印刷が用を

[Problems and means to be solved by this invention]

本考案者等はトレーシングペーパでの強度或い
はカールなどの形状安定性及びトレーシングシー
トに於ける印刷の消去などの問題点を解決すべく
鋭意検討した結果、透明性フイルムをベースと
し、その両面にマツト化フイルムまたは米坪10〜
40ｇ／m²の紙を貼合して成るトレーシングシート
に於いて、フイルムまたは紙の貼合面側に印刷を
施せば、かかる問題は解消することを見い出し
た。以下、図面によつて説明しながら本考案を更に
詳しく述べる。第１図及び第２図は従来のトレーシングペーパ
及びトレーシングフイルムの断面を示す。図中１
は印刷、５は紙、２はフイルム、４はフイルム上
の筆記層、６は両面マツト化フイルムを示す。第
１図に於いて印刷面の反対面に筆記を行えば印刷
は消去されない。しかしこの場合トレーシングペ
ーパは通常強度的な理由から坪量が50〜80ｇ／m²
程度で、可成り厚くて印刷の鮮明度が悪くなる。
同様なことは第２図のトレーシングシートに於い
ても云える。第３図〜第７図は本考案によるトレーシングシ
ートの代表的な例の断面図を示す。２は透明性フ
イルムでPET，PP，PVC，TAC，PC，PS，
PEなどの通常の透明フイルムが使用出来る。３
は紙またはマツト化フイルムを透明性フイルムと
貼合させる接着剤層、７は表面がマツト化された
片面マツト化フイルムで材質はPET，PP，
PVC，TAC，PC，PEなど通常の透明性フイル
ムが使用出来る。第３図に示す本考案品は透明性フイルム２の両
面に紙５を接着剤層３を介して貼合したもので、
且つ透明性フイルムの一方の面に印刷が施されて
いる。紙は厚過ぎると鮮明度が劣るので米坪10〜
40ｇ／m²のトレーシングペーパ、必要に応じて樹
脂などの透明化剤を含浸させた紙が好適である。第４図は第３図の考案例に於いて印刷面が透明
性フイルムではなく、貼合された紙５の何れか一
つの貼合面に施されたものを示す。第５図は第３
図の考案例に於いて紙５の代わりに片面マツト化
フイルム７を貼合したもの。第６図は第５図の考
案例に於いて印刷が透明性フイルム面ではなく、
貼合された片面マツト化フイルム７の何れか一つ
の貼合面に施されたものを示す。第７図は透明性
フイルムとの片面に紙５が、他面に片面マツト化
フイルム７が貼合されたトレーシングシートで、
紙の貼合面に印刷が施されたものを示す。更に第
７図の考案例の変形として透明性フイルムに印刷
が施されたもの、片面マツト化フイルムの貼合面
に印刷が施されたものなどがある。この様に印刷
は総べてシートの内側に施されて表面に現われ
ず、且つ印刷より上の層の透明性が高いため鮮明
度も高い。本考案により従来のトレーシングペーパまたは
トレーシングシートに於いて難点となつている引
裂強度や耐折強度の不足、湿潤によつて生じる吸
湿じわ、カール若しくは筆記の消去、修正時に於
ける印刷の消去などの問題点を解消することが出
来、優れた性能を持つトレーシング材料を得るこ
