(Prior art) As is well known, as a photographic material for cameras, etc.
In place of the photographic film that had been commonly used up until now, disc-shaped photographic materials called disc films were developed. Several types of processing devices or processing machines have been proposed, but all of these processing methods and processing systems have significantly improved the photographic film that has been consumed in large quantities. Many of these methods have been devised based on processing methods or processing systems designed to increase efficiency, and are extremely uneconomical when targeted at disk film, for which demand is still small. I felt that it lacked practicality.

Therefore, the present applicant proposed Japanese Patent Application No. 57-101463 (Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 58-219551) with the aim of improving the conventional processing equipment and processing machines and processing disk film, which is in low demand. However, this was still uneconomical as a device for processing smaller quantities of disk film.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the present invention has been developed to store photographic materials such as long photographic film and photographic paper in a dark box provided with an inlet and an outlet. A photographic light-sensitive material in which processing liquid tanks each equipped with a processing liquid replenishment device are arranged in a series in order to perform various processing such as development, bleaching, fixing, and stabilization on long photographic film, etc. Another dark box with a light-shielding sleeve is attached to the outer body in the processing device section, and on top of the dark box,
An overflow treatment liquid storage tank into which each treatment liquid that has escaped from each of the treatment liquid tanks is separately introduced and stored, and the treatment liquid in each overflow treatment liquid storage tank is brought to a specified temperature or an optimum treatment liquid temperature. A hot water tank is provided to keep the temperature warm, and the different processing solutions in the overflow processing solution storage tanks are sequentially introduced and discharged into the dark box in a predetermined order, and the disk film is developed and processed. A disk film processing tank for carrying out various treatments such as bleaching, fixing, and stabilization is installed as a disk film processing equipment section, and overflow treatment from each processing liquid tank introduced into the disk film processing tank is carried out. The present invention is characterized in that each process on the disk film is performed using a liquid.

(Function) Since the present invention is configured as described above,
Conventional photosensitive materials such as photographic film and photographic paper have been processed through development, bleaching, fixing, and washing, with appropriate washing processes in between, as seen in conventional photographic material processing equipment of this type. Each processing such as stabilization is performed in a dark box, and each processing liquid overflowing from each processing liquid tank equipped with a separate processing liquid replenishment device is stored above the dark box for the disk film processing equipment section. The overflow treatment liquid is introduced and stored separately in each overflow treatment liquid storage tank provided at . Next, the overflow processing liquid stored in each overflow processing liquid storage tank is introduced into and discharged from the disk film processing tank in a predetermined order, and the disk film is subjected to so-called development processing. It will be done.

(Effects of the invention) As is clear from the above explanation, the present invention has the advantage that when processing a long photographic film, the overflow processing liquid that overflows from each processing liquid tank is used to process the long photographic film. The overflow processing liquid storage tank, which is kept warm in a hot water tank installed on the dark box of the disk film processing equipment section installed in parallel in the equipment section, passes through the overflow processing liquid storage tank, which is placed in parallel to the equipment section, and then goes to the disk film processing tank inside the dark box in a prescribed order. Since the system is designed to carry out so-called development processing on the disk film in the processing tank after being introduced and discharged, it is possible to process a large amount of long photographic film, and it is also possible to process a very small amount of disk film. The present invention has made it possible to provide a photographic material processing apparatus that can achieve the practical effect of being able to carry out the process economically.

In a dark box with an inlet and an outlet for photographic materials such as long photographic film and photographic paper, various processes such as developing, bleaching, fixing, and stabilization are applied to the long photographic film, etc. In order to do this, another dark box with a light-shielding sleeve is attached to the outer body of the processing equipment section for photographic light-sensitive materials, in which processing liquid tanks each with a processing liquid replenishment device are arranged in a series, and a separate dark box with a light-shielding sleeve is installed above the dark box. The method includes an overflow treatment liquid storage tank into which each treatment liquid overflowing from each of the treatment liquid tanks is separately introduced and stored, and the treatment liquid in each overflow treatment liquid storage tank is kept at a predetermined temperature. A hot water tank is provided, and into the dark box, the different processing solutions in the overflow processing solution storage tanks are sequentially introduced and discharged in a predetermined order, and the disk film is developed, bleached, and A disk film processing tank for performing various treatments such as fixing and stabilization is installed as a disk film processing unit, and the overflow processing liquid from each processing liquid tank introduced into the disk film processing tank is A photographic material processing apparatus characterized in that it performs various processes on disk film.
