Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a low-cost, high reliable jet head by using a fan-shaped integral vibrator for a vibrator serving as an ink jetting source of a jet head of an ink jet printer. CONSTITUTION:Ink 3 is supplied from ink flow-in holes 2 formed on a jet head 1. A vibrator 6 bonded on the side face of the jet head 1 is deformed and contracted by another drive source, whereby an ink flow path 4 just under the vibrator 6 is compressed to jet the ink 3 out of the tip end of a nozzle 5 formed on the end face of the jet head 1 through the ink flow path 4 formed inside the jet head 1. The vibrator 6 is integrally formed into a fan shape and a half blanking state with a groove applied on a dotted line part by a laser or the like. The fan shaped integral vibrator 7 is bonded on the side surface of a jet body 8 so as to be fitted into a fan-shaped groove 9 shaped by half-etching. After that, said vibrator 7 is split along the groove shown by the dotted line before an adhesive is dried. A shaded part is removed so that said vibrator 7 becomes a separated state, and the adhesion is completed.

Regarding the manufacturing of inkjet printers and link jet heads,
In particular, when using an adhesive method that incorporates a vibrator, which is the source of ink jetting from the jetting head, a fan-shaped integrated vibrator molded by a laser or the like is used as the vibrator, and this is bonded to the jetting head body. A vibrator bonding method is used in which the vibrator is half-blanked using a laser beam, a certain portion is cut, the portion unnecessary for the vibrator is removed, and the vibrator bonding work is completed. This improves the workability of bonding the vibrator and shortens the bonding time.

Referring to FIG. 1, 1 is an ejecting head, and ink 3 flows in from an ink inflow hole 2 formed on 1.
The vibrator 6 bonded to the first measurement surface is deformed and contracted from the tip of the nozzle 5, which is also formed on the first end surface, through the ink flow path 4 formed inside, by a printing unit movable source (not shown here), and the vibrator 6 is moved directly below the first end surface. 4 will be compressed and the above 3 will be injected.

The problem here is the 6 glued to the measurement surface in 1 above.
Regarding this, since this 6 is thin and very easy to break, if it is bonded one by one, the workability of bonding is poor and the work requires many man-hours. Therefore, the shape of the above-mentioned 6 is made into a fan-shaped integral part as shown in FIG. Glue it so that it fits into the fan-shaped groove 9 that has been etched. After that, before the adhesive dries, a cut is made along the dotted line part 7, and the diagonal line part is removed so that the part 7 is separated, and the adhesion is completed.
