Conventionally, pallets used for storing and transporting plate glass are stacked one after another on the bottom frame of the pallet in an almost vertical position while leaning against the back frame of the pallet, and are secured with bands. For example, a U-shaped spacer is inserted between each glass plate.

In laminated glass in which a special coating film is inserted between the membranes, the bottom frame of the pallet and the band come into contact with the ends of the film, so distortion of the perspective image occurs in the contact areas, making it impractical for practical use. It's something that doesn't exist.

In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, the present invention adopts a flat stacking form to prevent anything from coming into contact with the peripheral edges of the glass plates, and the peripheral area of the edge area of each glass plate to prevent the glass plates from being damaged when stacked flat. A spacer body that can be clamped and fixed in an area between the surfaces to be removed is provided at appropriate intervals so that the load is not applied to each glass plate and is uniform, and the spacer body is rotated according to the curvature of the glass plate. This made it possible.

This invention uses the above-mentioned configuration to store and transport a large number of glass plates in a state where the area around the glass plate is free, no load is applied to each glass plate, and the load is evenly distributed both above and below. Even in the case of a unique laminated glass, distortion of the perspective image does not occur at the edge, and there is no breakage, making it especially suitable for storing and transporting the laminated glass with the above-mentioned film inserted therein.

As described above, the present invention does not apply any force to the periphery of the glass plate when storing and transporting the glass plate in a flat manner, and no defects occur in the periphery, and the spacer body adapts to the curvature of the glass plate. By rotating and supporting and fixing each glass plate individually at appropriate intervals, the load on each glass plate can be reduced and evened out as much as possible, eliminating deformation or breakage, and preventing unusual bending or lamination. It can load various types of plate glass such as glass.
Furthermore, the plate glass pallets can be stacked and can be covered with a cover if necessary.
