【考案の詳細な説明】[Detailed explanation of the idea]

(産業上の利用分野) この考案は防カビ性を有する作業用手袋に関す
る。 (従来技術) 洗い物などの作業をする際に使用する作業用の
手袋の中には、手袋本体の内面に微細な毛質材を
エマルジヨン系の接着剤にて付着させたものがあ
る。 上記作業用手袋の毛質材は使用感を良くする等
の目的で設けられているが、手袋内面の毛質材層
に湿気が残り易い為、吸水性が高いエマルジヨン
系接着剤の表面にカビが発生することが多い。 従来、上記した如きカビの発生を防止する為
に、手袋本体を構成する樹脂にカビの発生を防止
する防菌剤を添加したものや、成形後の製品に防
菌剤をスプレーした作業用手袋があるが、前者の
ものは、手袋本体を熱加工する際にも分解するこ
とない防菌剤を用いる必要があると共に、手袋本
体を成形する樹脂全体に高価な防菌剤を練り込ま
なくてはならないので製造コストが高く、また後
者のものは使用を重ねるとと塗付した防菌剤が取
れてしまうので一定期間使用すると防カビ効果が
なくなつてしまう欠点がある。 (技術的課題) 本考案の技術的課題は、手袋本体の内面にエマ
ルジヨン系接着剤にて毛質材を付着させた作業用
手袋に、持続性の有る防カビ効果を低コストにて
具備させることである。 (技術的課題を解決するための手段) 本考案が前記した技術的課題を解決する為に講
ずる手段は、軟質合成樹脂若しくはゴムから成る
手袋本体の内面に、エマルジヨン系接着剤を介し
て微細な毛質材を付着した作業用手袋において、
前記エマルジヨン系接着剤に防菌剤を点火したも
のである。 (作用) 以上の手段によれば接着剤に添加された防菌剤
は、毛質材の接着剤表面におけるカビ菌と雑菌の
発生を防止する。 (効果) 本考案は以上の様に、毛質材を接着する接着剤
に防菌剤を添加したものであるから、カビ菌の発
生が最も多い接着剤表面からカビと雑菌の発生を
効果的且つ持続的に防止することでき、長期間に
わたり衛生的に使用できるものである。 また、高価な防菌剤は接着剤に添加するだけで
なので低コストにて製造することができるもので
ある。 (実施例) 以下、本考案の一実施例を図面に基づいて説明
する。 第1図示す作業用手袋Aは、第2図の拡大断面
図にて示す如く皮膜状の手袋本体1の内面にエマ
ルジヨン系接着剤2を介して微細な毛質材3を付
着せしめてある。
