本考案は上記事情に鑑みて為されたものであ
り、その目的とするところは、屋根板材の接合部
から浸入した雨水が確実に排水される捨板を提供

材Bの側端部が挿入される差し込み溝5を形成
し、捨板本体3の接続体4よりも水上側に屋根板
材Bの接続凸部1が挿入係止される係止片6を立
設し、捨板本体3の水上側端部に略全長に亘つて
水止部7を立設させ、捨板本体1の水下側端部に
屋根板材Bの接続凹部2が係止される係止部8を
設けて成るものであり、この構成により上記課題
が解決されたものである。
[作用]
捨板Aの差し込み溝5と係止片6と係止部8に
より屋根板材Bは左右方向で接合され、しかも捨
板Aの水上側端部に略全長に亘つて水止部7を立
設させているので、屋根板材B同士の接合部から
浸入する雨水を捨板Aにより確実に排水させて、
裏面側へ流れ込まないようにできる。
[実施例]
屋根板材Bは上下方向で緩く折曲されており、
水上側端部が表面側へ折り返されて袋状の接続凸
部1が形成され、接続凸部1の先端部が連出され
て断面略U字状の排水溝9が形成されており、水
下側端部が裏面側に折り返されて断面略コ字状の
接続凹部2が形成されている。
捨板Aは捨板本体3が屋根板材Bに合わせて略
く字状に折り曲げられており、表面には左右の略
中央部で水上側から水下側に亘つて断面逆U字状
の接続体4が底部でスポツト溶接され、接続体4
の左右両側部と捨板本体3の表面とで差し込み溝
5が形成されている。接続体4の水上側には略Z
字状の係止片6がその上横片6aが水下側に突出
するように下横片6bで固着されている。又、捨
板本体3の水上側端部は表面側に略直角に折り曲
げられて、水止部7が設けられており、水下側端
部は裏面側に略直角に折り曲げられて係止部8が
設けられている。捨板本体3の左右両側部には上
下方向に複数の水切りリブ10が形成されてい
る。
キヤツプCは左右両側部が裏面側に折り曲げら
れて支持片11が設けられており、水下側端部が
裏面側にコ字状に折り曲げられてコ字状部12が
形成されている。
而して、捨板Aを用いて左右方向で隣接する屋
根板材B同士を接続するには、第2図に示すよう
に捨板Aを屋根下地上に配置し、屋根板材B1,
B2の側端がそれぞれ捨板Aの差し込み溝5に差
し込まれ、係止片6の両側部がそれぞれ屋根板材
B1,B2の接続凸部1に挿入され、係止部8が両
側部でそれぞれ屋根板材B1,B2の接続凹部2に
挿入されて屋根板材B1,B2同士が接合される。
キヤツプCはその支持片11が差し込み溝5に挿
入され、コ字状部12が屋根板材Bの接続凹部2
と捨板Aの係止部8に被嵌されて取着されてい
る。この状態で屋根板材B1,B2の水上側端部の
排水溝9は捨板Aの係止片6と水止部7との間に
位置している。従つて、排水溝9に浸入した雨水
が左右側端部にまで流れてきても、捨板Aに流れ
込み、逆流しても水止部7により堰止められて水
切りリブ10に沿つて水下側へと排水され、捨板
Aの裏面側に流れこむことがないものである。
上下で隣接する屋根板材B同士は、第3図に示
すように水下側の屋根板材B1の接続凸部1に水
上側の屋根板材B2の接続凹部2が嵌合されて接
合される。
接続凸部1間の間隙及び隣接する水切りリブ1
