持装置において、下面側にナツトを固定した下部

には下向きの弾性体嵌合片を設け、前記弾性体に
は下部プレート嵌合孔および上部プレート嵌合孔
を設けて、前記弾性体の下部プレート嵌合孔に下
部プレートの弾性体嵌合片を嵌合し且つ同弾性体
の上部プレート嵌合孔に上部プレートの弾性体嵌
合片を嵌合して前記弾性体と下部プレートと上部
プレートを一体化してなる構成としたから、防振
部材の製作工数および製作コストの低減をもたら
すことが可能であり、従来のようにプレートをゴ
ム成形型に設置するという煩雑な作業も必要とし
ないなどの実用的価値大なる非常に優れた効果が
