比較的大きいことから、細いフレキシブルホース
により気体閉鎖空間を延長する場合には、振動部
材に所定の振動圧を得るため必要以上の駆動電力
をスピーカに注入しなければならず、そのため振
動発生器を大型化し、振動刺激装置のコスト上昇
をまねく欠点を持つている。そこで、本発明者
は、気体閉鎖空間における気体による振動伝達の
効率化と振動の減衰を低減するために気体閉鎖空
間を加圧することを特開昭62−231663号公報によ
つて提案した。しかしながら、気体閉鎖空間を加
圧することから振動部材面に竪さが生じ、安定感
に欠けると共に、装置全体を高度な気密保持構造
としなければならないうえ、振動部材に被治療者
による荷重が掛かるとスピーカのコーンに過度の
制動力が働き、所期の振動を発生しなくなるとい
