【考案の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
この考案はコンベヤの粉塵発生防止構造に関
し、詳しくは粉体搬送用ベルトコンベヤの粉塵発

することがあるといつた問題が有り、また、この
隙間発生を防止するため、スカートSの押圧力を
増し、さらにコンベヤベルトの張力を増すとスカ
ートSとの接触によりベルト表面に局部摩耗が生
じる。あるいはベルト耐久力が低下するといつた
新たな問題が発生する。

となる他、搬送経路の移動も容易に出来ず永久設
備的な装置に適用範囲が限定されてしまうと言つ

ことを目的としてなされものである。

即ち、この考案のコンベヤの粉塵発生防止構造
はコンベヤベルト裏面に低摩擦性表面を有する複
数本のキヤリヤバーがベルト長さ方向に沿つて並
列配置され、一方前記コンベヤベルト表面には該
表面の幅方向両縁であつて前記キヤリヤバーと対
応する位置に、前記キヤリヤバーと同材質のバー
が、その低摩擦表面を前記コンベヤベルト表面に
押圧接触させて配設して成ることを特徴とするも
のである。

であるから、これをそのまま用いて実施出来、別
途新材料を製造管理する必要もなく、さらに、大
掛かりなケーシング等も必要としないので必要に
応じたベルトラインの移動、変更も容易に出来る
など種々の実用的効果を有する。

押圧接触させて配設して成ることを特徴とするコ
