本考案は、光デイスクや磁気デイスク、その他
ウエーハーやレコード盤のようなドーナツ型に形
成されるデイスクの収納用容器に関するものであ

てデイスクの収納をおこなうことが検討されてい
る。このものは箱状の容器本体30の底部に複数
の溝33を並行に形成したインサート31を載置
し、側壁内面に縦方向でリブ32を複数設け、こ
のリブ32間にデイスク1の側周部を挿入させる
とともにインサート31の溝33にデイスク1の
下端縁を挿入してデイスク1を保持し、更に容器
本体30に収納されたデイスク1の上部にサポー
ト34を下面に設けてある溝35にデイスク1の
上端縁を挿入させて載置し、該サーポート34を
上から押さえながら上蓋36を容器本体30の上
面開口部に被着するようにしたものである。
2. 納されるデイスクの上端周縁を押さえる断面凹状
の弾性リブを各挿入溝に対応して下向けに一体に
並行膨出させるとともに上記弾性リブの両側片の
肉厚を上蓋の肉厚に対して薄く且つ底片の肉厚に
対して厚く形成してあるので、デイスクの上端周
縁を弾性リブで上方から押さえる際弾性リブの底
片が適正な弾性力を発揮してデイスクを弾性保持
でき、デイスクのがたつきを防止できるものであ
り、しかも上述のように上蓋の肉厚及び底片の肉
厚に対する側片の肉厚を設定してあるから、底片
の弾性変形が側片で吸収できて上蓋に該変形の影
響が及ぶのを防ぐことができ、結果上蓋の変形に
よる被着状態への影響が無くなり、上蓋及びその
垂下片による容器本体の上面開口部及び治具挿通
用切り欠きに対する閉塞が確実に行なえるという
利点がある。また弾性リブの底辺下面にはデイス
クの上端周縁を係合する両端と下面が開口した凹
溝を設け該凹溝の底部の幅を略デイスクの厚味と
略同等に形成し、凹溝の両側内壁面の底部に対す
る傾きを約60度近辺の緩やかな開拡角度としたの
で容器本体に収納されたデイスクが多少傾いてい
ても上蓋の被着時にデイスクの上端周縁が弾性リ

体の底部開口部を被蔽する底蓋と、容器本体の上
面開口部に脱着自在に被着するとともに両端の垂
下片で上記切り欠きを外面より閉塞する弾性を有
する樹脂製上蓋とを備え、該上蓋下面には上記容
器本体の両端壁方向に位置する両側片と両側片の
下端を橋絡する底辺とで断面凹状に形成され、上
記容器本体に収納されるデイスクの上端周縁を押
さえる弾性リブを各挿入溝に対応して下向けに一
体に並行膨出させるとともに上記弾性リブの両側
片の肉厚を上記上蓋の肉厚に対して薄く且つ上記
底片の肉厚に対して厚く形成し、上記容器本体の
両側壁方向の両端が開口し且つ下向き開口の凹溝
を上記弾性リブの両側片に並行するように上記弾
性リブの底片の下面に形成するとともに、該凹溝
の底部を両端部間が上向きに湾曲せる円弧状に形
成し、且つ該凹溝の底部の幅をデイスクの厚味と
略同等に形成し、凹溝の両側内壁面の傾きを底部
に対して緩やかな拡開角度としたことを特徴とす
