ならば、FRPの本質的特性である強靭さと相俟って、
立体的に木目模様が浮き出した付加価値の高い風情のあ
る丈夫な物品が形成できる。又、建築資材に用いる場合
、本発明板材が耐熱性に優れた樹脂と補強材で形成して
あれば、風情のある外観と丈夫さに加えて耐候性と耐火

細かな凹凸も、木型からFRP型、FRP型から製品へ
とそっくりそのまま移し取られ、しかも木型やFRP型
の損耗が殆ど皆無で脱型も容易である。さらにFRP型
から製品を形成する工程において、基調色樹脂のゲルコ
ートの後、その基調色樹脂の同化前に加色ゲルコート用
樹脂をすり込む際、FRP型の表面に木型の立体的な木
目を移し取った凹凸があるので、凹凸毎に加色樹脂が分
散してすり込まれ、基調色樹脂からなる基調色域と加色
樹脂からなる加色域との対応関係によって凹凸毎に陰影
がつき、色彩的にも際立った木目模様を凹凸に対して形
成し得る。又、加色樹脂のすり込みの際、基調色樹脂と
適度に混練されるため、基調色域から加色域へとその色
彩が連続的に移り変わり、−層本物らしくなる。又、基
調色樹脂と加色樹脂をゲルコートした後、この加色樹脂
を基調色樹脂にすり°込ませた場合には、加色域か木目
状の凹凸に対応してきめ細かに浮き出し、より一層木目
らしく形成出来る。以上の如く本発明方法では、木型の
木目模様の凹凸状態を充分なワックス処理と離型剤の塗
布によって製品にそっくりそのまま容易に移し取ること
が出来ると共に、FRP型から製品を作る過程でゲルコ
ート層を基調色樹脂と加色樹脂との二度塗り及びすり込
みによって木目模様の凹凸に対応した精緻な彩色を簡便
