Claims (1)
- 上辺が磁束が還流するリターンヨーク部２２と
して用いられ、また励磁コイル２３が巻回された
垂辺が磁極２１として用いられる略Ｔ字形状の単
位ヨーク２の四個からなり、中心に向かつて突出
する四つの磁極２１による磁場で電子ビーム３を
集束する四極電磁石において、前記リターンヨー
ク部２２の端面間に非磁性空隙Ｇを設けたことを
特徴とする電子蓄積リング用四極電磁石。
