ド・エアシール機構の提供に関する。

a,17bを設け、該切欠部に夫々アーム18
a,18bを介在せしめ、アーム18a,18b
は一端がB−B′軸上に設けられる回転自在な支
持軸19a,19bにて框扉13を挟持し該アー
ムの他端は夫々回転軸20と一体化され、回転軸
20は上部を無目15内に設置されたドツプピボ
ツト21、下部を床面22に埋め込まれたフロア
ーヒンジ23に支承されていてA−A′軸上で回
転自在である。又24は框扉13の中央部付近C
−C′軸上に設けられたスライデイングピボツトで
あり、該スライデイングピボツトは上框16aの
上部に固定されていて、無目15に設けられた摺
動溝25内に係合しており、摺動溝25に沿つて
円滑摺動可能で、また摺動溝25内の任意位置で
スライデイングピボツト24を中心に框扉13を
回転出来る。次に上述した回転軸20(A−
A′軸上)、アームの支持軸19a,19b(B−
B′軸上)及びスライデイングピボツト24(C
−C′軸上)の位置関係を述べればスライデイング
ピボツト24は框扉13の略中央部に設けられ、
回転軸20と支持軸19a,19bの間の距離が

スライデイングピボツト24を中心につりあつて
いるので框扉13の開閉に風圧が影響しないし、
出這りのための開口は従来の開戸式扉に比較して
小さくてよい等の通常のオープンドアに期し得な
い諸特徴を有するものである。

グレモンのロツト若しくはドアハンドルに付設の
上下方向へのロツクバーに枢止連結し、更に該二
腕リンク下端には方立の扉当接部に付設のクツシ
ヨンと端部接触するシールクツシヨン材を挟着の
ほぼ上框、下框の長さを有するL字型チヤンネル
を取り付けるとして、扉ロツク時のロツクバーの
動きに従つておこるロツクピン並びにシールクツ
シヨン材の突出しにて閉扉時の不安定な扉下端の
固定並びに扉周辺のエアシールをとりおこなうと
した点にある。

面に対して取り付くヒンジアーム31,31が採
用されているがバランスドアのヒンジ機能として
は既述のものと同一である。第5図は本案がその
動きを利用するところのロツク機構を示し、グレ
モンのロツト若しくはドアハンドルの操作にて回
動するピニオン軸32に対し上、下方向に延伸の
ラク刻設のロツクバー33,34更には通常側方
へのラク刻設のロツクバー35が噛み合い、該ピ
ニオン軸32の回動で三方向のロツクバー33,
34,35が同時にロツク作動する慣用のもので
ある。第6図、第7図は本案に於けるクツシヨン
によるシールを説明する閉扉時の平断面図で、
−線断面図、框扉13の動きに対応させて方立
14a,14bにはクツシヨン挟着溝36,37
が突設され、これに当接用クツシヨン38,39
が装着されて縦方向のエアシールを果たしてい
る。尚、上下水平方向のエアシールは第7図に示
される如くシールクツシヨン材40,41が框扉
13の上下辺に突出して果たすがこれについては
後述する。第8図は本案に於けるリンク機構部を
上框16a、下框16bの各所に於ける縦断正
面、側面並びに平断面にて示したもので、同図は
第4図、第6図とは反対側より見ている。図中4
2は上框16a並びに下框16b内両側に内側端
(上框16aにあつては下方、下框16bにあつ
ては上方)固定枢止43、外側端框枠に穿設の縦
スライド孔44へのガイドピン45遊嵌にて対向
配設の二腕リンクで、当該リンク42の中間枢止
部46,46間には連絡用アーム47が枢止して
架設されている。尚、下框16b側に配された連
絡用アーム47の先端には図示省略の方立14a
に対応設のロツク孔に嵌合するロツクピン48が
付設されている。該中間枢止部46の一方のもの
には別のリンクアーム49が取り付けられ、その
先端をロツクバー33,34に枢止連結してい
る。
