(Prior Art) Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 show an example of a frozen or refrigerated case. As shown in FIG. 3, an illumination light 3, preferably a fluorescent light, is installed near the front of the interior of the refrigerator. The illumination light 3 is covered with a cover 4, and a cord heater 5 for keeping warm is arranged near the cover 4. The cord heater 5 consists of a single cord or a plurality of cord heaters, and is attached to the heat exchanger plate 6. 7 is a shelf for displaying products.

The reason why the cord heater 5 is installed near the illumination light 3 is that as the temperature around the illumination light decreases, the lighting start performance and the illuminance stability during lighting decrease,
℃ or lower, it often becomes impossible to turn on the light, so the illuminating light 3 is kept at a predetermined temperature or higher to be able to turn on.
This is to eliminate flickering and extend life.

Conventionally, this type of show case includes a switch 8 for turning on and off the illumination light 3 and a defrost timer 9 for a cooler forming a part of the refrigeration cycle 10, as shown in FIG. is controlled by the timer 9 via the internal temperature controller 11.
It is connected to the NC contact, and a blower 12 for circulating cold air inside the refrigerator is also connected to the NC contact. The defrosting heater 13 of the cooler is connected to the NC contact of the timer 9. 14 is a power source.

The temperature inside the refrigerator is controlled by the temperature controller 11, which controls the refrigeration cycle 1.
It is kept constant by turning 0 on and off, and defrosting of the cooler is done by turning refrigeration cycle 10 and blower 1 on and off.
2 is stopped periodically, while the defrosting heater 13
This was done by turning on the electricity. The cord heater 5 was always energized regardless of the timer 9.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) Since the conventional case is configured as described above, the refrigeration cycle 10 is closed when defrosting the cooler.
When the blower 12 is stopped and the supply of cold air to the area around the lamp 3 is stopped, the heat generated by the cord heater 5 becomes redundant and the temperature around the lamp 3 rises, together with the stoppage of the supply of cold air. There was a problem that the product temperature rise further increased and power was wasted.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The configuration that characterizes the refrigerating and freezing case according to the present invention is that the equipment constituting the refrigeration cycle 10 and the blower 12 are connected to the NC contact of the defrosting timer 9, and the blower 12 is connected to the NO contact of the timer 9. Frost heater 1
3 is connected to the NC contact point, and a cord heater 5 for heating the illumination light 3 is connected to the NC contact point.

(Operation of means for solving the problem) When the defrost timer 9 stops the refrigeration cycle 10 and the blower 12 and turns on the defrosting heater 13, the power supply to the cord heater 5 is also stopped at the same time. Therefore, the cord heater 5 does not increase the temperature of the product, and wasteful power consumption can also be avoided.

(Embodiment) Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, in which the same members as those of the conventional device described above with reference to FIGS. 2 to 4 are indicated by the same reference letters.
As shown in FIG. 1, in this case as well, the refrigeration cycle 10 and the blower 12 are connected to the NC contact of the defrost timer 9, and the defrost heater 1 is connected to the NC contact of the defrost timer 9.
3 is connected to the NO contact of the defrost timer 9.

The feature of this invention is that in the above configuration, the illumination light 3
As shown in FIG. 1, the cord heater 5 that heats the surrounding area is connected to the NC contact of the defrost timer 9, and therefore the cord heater 5 is connected to the power source 14 via the NC contact.

Therefore, in this case, the NC contact of the defrost timer 9 is connected to the power supply during the cooling operation, so the cord heater 5 is also energized together with the refrigeration cycle 10 and the blower 12, and the lamp 3, which is cooled by the circulating cold air, is turned on. It maintains good lighting start performance and lighting stability. When the timer 9 changes to the NO contact according to the set time of the defrost timer 9, the refrigeration cycle 10 and the blower 12 are stopped, and at the same time, the power supply to the cord heater 5 is also stopped.
At this time, the supply of cold air to the vicinity of the lamp 3 is also stopped, so the amount of heat taken away from the air inside the lamp cover 4 becomes extremely small. Therefore, a sufficiently stable lighting state can be maintained using the amount of heat generated by the illuminating light 3 itself.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the power supply to the cord heater is stopped during defrosting, so there is no increase in product temperature, and therefore the load on the refrigeration cycle is reduced accordingly. This also makes it possible to avoid wasteful power consumption.
