In addition to being used as a lid, it can also be used as a lid for an ordinary open container that is not sealed.

The lid has a synthetic resin lid frame with a receiving edge of an appropriate width protruding from the inner periphery of the fitting rim, and a paper sheet indicating the contents, product name, etc. is glued or welded to the top surface of the receiving edge. It is already publicly known.

Due to the difference in shrinkage between the paper material and the resin film after welding, as well as the difference in expansion and contraction due to moisture absorption, the displayed paper sheet is likely to be distorted, causing uneven undulations, swelling, and twisting of the entire lid.

As in No. 16773, a receiving edge connected to the lid frame body through a thin buffer section is tilted upward toward the center, and the display sheet welded only to the top surface of this receiving edge bulges toward the center. There are products that are designed to reduce the elongation of the paper material due to moisture absorption in advance.

However, in the conventional configuration described above, (a) the buffer part that connects the receiving edge to the lid frame body is thin, so its supporting force is insufficient, and the display sheet and the receiving edge swing up and down. , or may sink. (b) With the structure in which the display sheet is bulged in the center, when a large number of containers equipped with this lid are stacked, the upper container will not be stable.
It is extremely unsuitable for display in stores, etc. (c) Since the receiving edge and the lid frame body are connected with each other through a thin buffer section, the manufacturing of molds and other parts becomes complicated and costs increase. It was hot.

This proposal attempts to solve all of the above problems. The fitting peripheral edge and the receiving edge protruding from the inner periphery with an appropriate width are integrally formed on the lid frame made of synthetic resin, and the upper surface of this receiving edge is In a container lid to which the outer periphery of the display sheet is welded or adhered, a plurality of waveforms whose diameter increases successively in the outer circumferential direction are formed on the outer periphery of the display sheet to be welded or adhered to the upper surface of the receiving edge. , the gist is that only the wavy lower surface protrusion is welded or adhered to the upper surface of the receiving edge.

This lid forms a plurality of corrugations that gradually increase in diameter in the outer circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the display sheet, and only the lower protrusions of these corrugations are fixed to the upper surface of the receiving edge, and the upper protrusions of the corrugations are It's not fixed because it doesn't stick.

Even when a resin film is laminated on the lower surface, the paper material on the upper surface absorbs moisture more than the resin film, and its elongation is also greater, so when the paper material absorbs moisture, it begins to elongate toward the peripheral edge. This elongation is caused by the fact that at the first lower protrusion, the paper material on the lower side near the fixed part is fixed and does not stretch, but the paper material on the upper side stretches toward the circumferential edge, and It is absorbed by the upper protrusion. The elongation that is not absorbed here is transmitted to the second lower surface protrusion, and is similarly absorbed by the second upper surface protrusion.

It is absorbed by each unfixed upper surface protrusion.

The display sheet 4 is made of a commonly used paper material with a product name, manufacturer's name, etc. printed on the surface thereof, and a resin film such as polyethylene or polypropylene laminated on the bottom surface.

Only the lower surface protrusions 5a of the corrugations 5 are welded to the upper surface of the receiving edge 3, and the corrugated upper surface protrusions 5b are not welded and left unfixed.

The display paper sheet 4 welded to the top surface absorbs moisture and stretches more than the resin film laminated to the bottom surface, so the paper material absorbs moisture and begins to stretch toward the peripheral edge. In the first lower protrusion 5'a, the paper material on the lower side near the resin film of the welded part is fixed and does not stretch, but the paper material on the upper side stretches toward the peripheral edge, and this elongation continues. Since the non-fixed upper surface protrusion 5b is provided, the elongation is absorbed in this portion, and the elongation that is not absorbed here is transmitted to the second lower surface protrusion 5a, and the elongation is similarly applied to the second upper surface protrusion 5b. Absorbed.

This shows an embodiment in which one waveform 5c is provided inside the wafer, and is not fixed without being welded. In this case, the waveform 5c expands and contracts without being subject to any restrictions, so there is no indication due to moisture absorption, etc. This has the advantage that the elongation of the paper leaf is better absorbed.

As mentioned above, according to the present invention, the welded or adhesive part of the display sheet is formed into a plurality of corrugations whose diameter increases successively in the outer circumferential direction, and only the protrusion on the lower surface is fixed to the receiving edge, so that the paper material can be The elongation and twisting force of the display sheet due to moisture absorption, etc., is well absorbed by the unfixed upper protrusion, and there is an effect that deformation of the lid caused by the strain can be completely prevented. In addition, since the display sheet is welded or glued to the upper surface of the receiving edge that is integrally formed with the fitting periphery, vertical swinging or sinking of the receiving edge and the display sheet is completely eliminated, and the display paper that is welded or glued Since the leaves are flat and do not bulge above the lid frame, there is no problem in stacking containers equipped with this lid, and the lid frame can be manufactured easily.
