Here, although there is no limitation on the means for disposing the breathable member 4,
It is particularly preferable to employ the method described below. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, first, a long tape S made of woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, or foam having an internal communication space formed of a thermoadhesive resin is provided with cutouts 6, 6 facing each other. By punching with a substantially cylindrical punching blade 7, a pair of opposing substantially semicircular cutting lines 8a and 8b are punched in the tape 5, with both ends slightly spaced apart, as shown in FIG. As a result, the connecting portions 9, 9 provided by the remaining portions of the tape 5 and the notches 6, 6 are formed inwardly of the cutting lines 8a, 81).
A large number of circular air-permeable members 4 connected through the tape 5 are continuously formed along the length direction of the tape 5. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, the sheet body 2 and the tape 5 are made to travel in one direction at a predetermined speed, and a ventilation hole is formed in the tape 5 using a cylindrical heat seal plate 10. The vicinity of the outer periphery of the flexible member 4 is sequentially heat-sealed to the heat-adhesive resin layer 1 of the seam body 2, covering the small holes or cut portions 3, thereby causing the connecting portions 9, 9 to break. A circular air permeable member 4 is continuously fixed onto the thermoadhesive resin layer 1. According to this means, the breathable parts 4 can be arranged continuously and efficiently on the seam 1 and the body 2. In addition, in FIGS. 2 to 4, the air permeable portion 44 is circular, but it may have another shape. Further, the aspect of the connecting portion 9 may be changed as appropriate.

1. A woven fabric in which a sheet body having a thermoadhesive resin layer on one side has small holes or notches communicating between the inside and outside of the sheet body, and an internal communication space formed by the thermoadhesive resin;
After thermally adhering a breathable member made of nonwoven fabric or foam to the heat-adhesive resin layer of the sheet body, covering the small holes or notches, the sheet body is used to attach the breathable member to the inner surface of the wall. In addition to manufacturing existing packaging bags, a gas release valve is attached to the outer surface of the wall of the packaging bag to cover the small holes or notches, so that the contents that generate gas during storage can be accommodated inside. Sometimes, this gas flows into the gas venting valve through the small hole or cut through the internal communication space of the breathable member, and then escapes to the outside from the gas discharge part of the gas venting valve. A method for producing a degassing packaging bag, characterized by obtaining a degassing packaging bag.
