Abstract

PURPOSE:To fuse a temperature fuse and enhance safety when an electronic control unit or thermosensitive unit is at fault and the temperature of a plate continuously rises by fixing the temperature fuse just under the thermosensitive element and unifying these element. CONSTITUTION:For a thermosensitive unit 8 fixed slidably upward and downward in a main body 1 bottom central part, a flange 10a is provided at the lower edge of a cylindrical thermosensitive cylinder 10 whose lower side is opened, and the space between the thermoplastic element 12 and a control unit 8 is connected by a lead wire 14. The space between the thermosensitive element 12 and a temperature fuse 16 is electrically insulated by an insulating plate 15, and the temperature fuse 16 is fixed in contact with the insulating plate 15. The space between the temperature fuse 16 and an electronic control unit 8 is connected to a lead wire 17 to execute the connection. A spring 19 always presses the thermosensitive unit 9 upward and springingly contacts the thermosensitive cylinder 10 stably to a plate 2 to be subject equipped with a heater 2a in a bottom surface part. Thus, when the electronic control unit 8 or thermosensitive unit 9 is made into trouble, the heater 2a is not controlled, the heating is continues and the plate 2 is made into an abnormally high temperature, the temperature fuse 16 is disconnected, and the energizing is stopped.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) In recent years, the electric power situation has changed to 200 V, making it possible to use electric cookers with a large heating power. However, the thermal fuse device described above has poor thermal sensitivity, so the sudden increase in plate 2 Unable to detect temperature rise. Even if there were no fire accidents, the equipment was often severely damaged and could not be reused.

It consists of the above-mentioned elements, and its operation will be explained next. 6P First, during normal operation as a product, the plate 2 is placed on the main body 1, and the heat-sensitive element 12 of the heat-sensitive unit 9 that is in elastic contact with the plate 2 senses the temperature rise of the plate 2 due to heating by the heater 2a.
The electric signal is processed by the electronic control unit 8, and the output of the heater 2a is controlled so that the temperature of the plate 2 is constant. At this time, the thermal fuse 16 is kept at a temperature sufficiently lower than the operating temperature due to the heat shielding effect of the reflector tube 3a, the insulating plate 16, etc.
If the electronic control unit 8 or the thermal unit 9 malfunctions for some reason, the heater 2a will continue to heat without being controlled, and as a result, the plate 2 will reach an abnormally high temperature, which in the worst case may even cause a fire. In this case, although the thermal fuse 16 passes through a buffer material called the insulating plate 16, it directly receives the conductive heat from the plate 2, so it is extremely sensitive to heat and turns off the current, minimizing damage to the device body. It can be kept to a minimum.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention has the following effects. Since the thermal fuse is installed near the thermal element (closest to the second OP from the plate that is the heat source), the thermal fuse can always capture a temperature slightly lower than the temperature of the thermal element, which most accurately captures the control temperature during normal use. This makes it possible to accurately detect temperature rises caused by abnormal heating due to failure of the electronic control unit or heat-sensitive element earlier than other parts. As a result, damage to the instrument body is minimized, making it an excellent safety device. I can demonstrate it. In addition, if an abnormal condition occurs where the thermal fuse operates, the thermal element will be seriously damaged, so in many cases both are replaced at the same time. However, since both are housed in one place as a thermal unit, only the thermal unit must be disassembled and replaced. It can be easily repaired since it only needs to be assembled.
