Conventionally, a seat rust preventive material made of butyl rubber or epoxy resin was interposed between the parts to form the necessary gap, and the contact surface of the seat rust preventive material was rust-proofed with the rust preventive material. We have tried to solve this problem and prevent rust prevention from deteriorating over a long period of time.

A ring-shaped seat surface rust preventive material 4 is interposed between the hood ledge 2 and the front fender 3 to form a predetermined gap between the hood ledge 2 and the front fender 3 for rust prevention treatment. Then, at the time of baking for this rust prevention treatment, the contact surface of the seat surface rust preventive material 4 is rust-proofed by the seat surface rust preventive material 4. That is, if the seat rust preventive material 4 is made of butyl rubber, the seat rust preventive material 4 will be softened and fused by heat treatment, and if it is made of epoxy resin, it will be thermoset bonded and the contact surface will become rust preventive. It is something that will be done.

あった。(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the above-mentioned seat rust preventive material, since the hood ledge 2 and the front fender 3 are bonded together,
When removing parts for repairs or the like, there is a problem in that the front fender 3 cannot be easily removed from the hood ledge 2 even if the bolts 1 are removed. Furthermore, when the front fender 3 is removed, the fused or hardened seat rust preventive material 4 is peeled off from the front fender 3 and the hood ledge 2, exposing the untreated rust preventive surface, and the front fender 3 is removed again. Even when assembled to the hood ledge 2, a portion of the untreated surface of the hood ledge may remain exposed, resulting in a problem of deterioration of the rust prevention.

When removing the hood ledge 12, the peeling layer 13d undergoes cohesive failure, and this cohesive failure causes the first and second rust preventive material layers 13a, 13c to break apart from the hood ledge 11. This is to prevent it from peeling off from the front fender 12. The peeling layer 13d that has undergone cohesive failure is 2
