132007), which includes a frame-shaped frame 26 made of cardboard and a frame 2 as shown in FIG. 1 of the present application.
6, and an ink-impermeable ink cover sheet 28 that is partially attached to the other side of the frame 26 so as to be openable and closable. Using a stencil printing original plate 25, its stencil printing stencil paper 27 and ink cover sheet 28
It is known that a relatively hard printing ink is applied between the stencil printing base paper 27 and the surface of the stencil printing base paper 27 is pressed against the printing paper to obtain a large number of stencil prints without replenishing ink for each printing paper. A stencil printing device which is convenient for carrying out stencil printing in the manner described above using such a stencil printing master plate was disclosed in Utility Model Application No. 114235/1983 (Kokoku Utility Model No. 57-15814) filed by the same applicant as the present applicant. It was proposed in 2013 and is also used for printing New Year's cards, etc. under the product name ``Print Gotsuko.''

確実に行われる。 In the stencil printing apparatus proposed in the above-mentioned Utility Model Publication No. 57-15814, a light irradiation window for performing thermal perforation of a stencil printing original plate and a light source device for irradiating light through the light irradiation window are provided. It is provided on a press plate that is pivotally supported at one end of the base and pivots relative to the base, and during printing, the printing paper is placed on the elastic printing paper support plate provided on the base. It's becoming like that. Such resilient printing paper support plates are usually made of a structure having a surface such as foamed resin that exhibits considerable contact friction resistance against the printing paper, and the printing paper is placed on the printing paper support during printing. When placed, the printing paper changes its position depending on the movement of the hand nearby or the air turbulence around the printing paper caused by moving the pressure plate toward the printing paper during printing. It is held stable enough to the extent that it does not occur. In this way, when the press plate is pulled up after the stencil printing original is pressed against the printing paper placed on the printing paper support stand, the printing paper will stick to the stencil printing original due to the viscosity of the ink. In view of the inconvenience of having to peel off the printing paper from the stencil printing master each time, the surface of the printing paper support is made of an adhesive plate that exhibits adhesiveness to the printing paper. The same applicant as the present applicant focused on the fact that the center of a printed image tends to be thinner than the periphery, and in order to avoid this, a groove is provided in the center of the adhesive plate to release surface tension. Utility Application No. 56-156763 (Utility Application No. 63-6864)
When the printing paper is placed on a printing paper support having such an adhesive surface, the printing paper is held even more reliably during printing.

に於て提案した。 However, this time, the applicant has developed a conventional stencil printing device in which a light irradiation window for perforating a stencil printing original is provided on a pressure plate that pivots to open and close relative to the base and is pressed from above, as described above. Unlike the above, we have devised a stencil printing device in which a part of the upper surface of the base is made of a glass light transmitting plate, and a light source device is built into the base below the light transmitting plate. Japanese Patent Application No. 59-103282 (Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 60-247587) and Patent Application No. 59-103283 (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 60-247588)

れた状態となる危険が大きい。 This new proposed thermal stencil printing device is
A light irradiation window that forms a part of the upper surface of the base and irradiates light emitted from a light source device incorporated in the base is constituted by a light transmitting plate made of glass, and is placed on the light transmitting plate. After thermal perforation is performed on the thermal stencil blank by the light source device, the perforated thermal stencil blank is attached to a pressing plate via a pad, and printing is performed on the printing paper placed on the light transmitting plate. There is.
In such a thermal stencil printing device, the light source device can be stably incorporated into the base, and the weight distribution between the base and the pressing plate can be shifted to the side of the base compared to the conventional stencil printing device as described above. This has the advantage that the stability of the device during operation can be further increased due to the ability to transfer more paper, but during printing the printing paper is placed on a light-transmitting plate made of glass. Therefore, the friction of the printing paper support surface against the printing paper is small, and the paper placed on the light transmission plate moves easily due to air turbulence caused by hand movements or the movement of the press plate for printing. Even if the printing paper is initially placed correctly on the light-transmitting plate, there is a high risk that the printed image will be deviated from the predetermined position.

An anti-slip sheet made of a material exhibiting high contact friction resistance against the glass surface as described above is provided on the side, and the printing paper positioning device is seated on the glass light transmitting plate using this anti-slip sheet. For example, simply by placing the printing paper positioning device on the light transmitting plate, the printing paper positioning device is stably held on the light transmitting plate. Of course, the above-mentioned materials exhibiting high contact frictional resistance against the glass surface will adhere to the glass surface with high contact frictional resistance when they come into contact with the glass surface, but will not adhere to the glass surface and will not adhere to the glass surface in the direction perpendicular to the glass surface. When lifted, it easily separates from this without leaving any trace of contact. Therefore, by using a printing paper positioning device equipped with such a non-slip sheet, the printing paper can be reliably attached to the base with arbitrary fine adjustments, and stencil printing can be achieved with a high degree of positioning accuracy. .

The base 1 is placed on top of the base 1 due to the frictional resistance caused by the contact between the anti-slip sheet 19 and the light transmitting plate 3.
It is locked to the base 1 in any position and direction. The printing paper positioning device 13 is configured such that the printing paper P is placed on the plate-shaped portion 14 and one edge thereof is pressed against the positioning stopper portion 15.
The printing paper P is positioned relative to the light transmitting plate 3. In this embodiment, one end of the printing paper P is inserted into the locking groove 15a, so that the printing paper P is not easily damaged by the viscosity of the printing ink when the press plate 7 is released after stencil printing. It is attached to the stencil printing original plate 25 to prevent it from floating above the positioning member 13.

置決め装置。 It has a base 1 and a pressure plate 7 pivotally supported at one end of the base, and is emitted from a light source device 4 that forms a part of the upper surface of the base and is incorporated into the base. A light irradiation window for irradiating light is constituted by a light transmitting plate 3 made of glass, and after the heat-sensitive stencil plate placed on the light-transmitting plate is thermally perforated by the light source device, the perforated thermal stencil master is A plate on which printing paper is placed, as a printing paper positioning device for a thermal stencil printing device, which is attached to a pressure plate via a pad 9 and configured to print on printing paper placed on the light-transmitting plate. a stopper part 15 that engages with the edge of the printing paper placed on the plate-shaped part to position the printing paper with respect to the plate-shaped part, and a stopper part 15 that has a high contact friction resistance against the glass surface. The plate-shaped portion is made of a material exhibiting the following properties, is attached to the opposite side of the plate-shaped portion from the side on which the printing paper is placed, and is seated on the light-transmitting plate to frictionally position the plate-shaped portion with respect to the light-transmitting plate. A printing paper positioning device characterized by having a non-slip sheet 19.
