Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily manufacture a treated material capable of keeping perfume for a long period by making perfume to be adsorbed by the surface of a material and fixing the perfume on the above surface via a high polymer layer and forming a protective film on the outside of the above surface by means of plasma polymerization. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a material 1 to be treated, such as thin metallic sheet, is coated with a water absorptive high polymer by means of vacuum vapor deposition. A vapor of perfume is supplied to the surface of the resulting high polymer layer 2 and is made to be adsorbed by the above high polymer layer 2, by which the perfume is fixed on the surface of the material 1 to be treated. Subsequently, an organic protective film 3 is formed on the surface of the high polymer layer 2 by means of plasma polymerization. This perfuming treated material can withstand various workings. Further, the evaporation velocity of the perfume in the high polymer layer 2 can be controlled by means of the thickness of the protective film 3.

(Means for Solving the Problems) As shown in the drawings, the present invention forms a polymer layer 2 adsorbing a fragrance on the surface of a material 1, and an organic layer 2 formed by plasma polymerization on the surface of the polymer layer 2. A fragrance-treated material is characterized in that it is provided with a protective coating 3, and a water-absorbing polymer is coated on the surface of the material to be treated by vacuum deposition, and the vapor of the fragrance is applied to the surface of the polymer layer 2. This is a method for producing a scented material, characterized in that after supplying and adsorbing a fragrance onto the polymer layer 2, an organic protective coating 3 is formed on the surface of the polymer layer 2 by plasma polymerization. , the above object is achieved by each configuration.

[Function] The fragrance is fixed to the surface of the material 1 via the polymer layer 2 that adsorbs it, and this polymer layer 2 is protected by the protective coating 3. The protective coating 3 is a plasma polymerized film, and the minute pores are uniformly formed, ensuring uniform air permeability, so that the fragrance in the fragrance layer is absorbed by the protective coating 3.
It penetrates and permeates the inside and gradually evaporates to the outside.

In the above configuration, the fragrance is generally highly volatile, and even if it is vacuum-deposited on the surface of the material to be treated 1, it will re-evaporate and remain as a fragrance layer. Since the fragrance is vacuum-deposited on the surface of the material 1 and adsorbed onto the surface of the polymer layer 2, the fragrance is fixed to the surface of the material 1 to be treated via the polymer layer 2.

In addition, the plasma polymerized film of the protective coating 3 has strong internal stress.
Although it is easy to peel off as a single substance, since the polymer layer 2 to which the fragrance is fixed is present on the surface of the material 1 to be treated, its buffering effect makes it difficult for the protective coating 3 to peel off.

The plasma polymerized film of the protective coating 3 has minute pores uniformly formed without pinballs, ensuring uniform air permeability, so the fragrance in the polymer layer 2 passes through the protective coating 3 on the surface. It gradually evaporates to the outside. The evaporation rate can be controlled depending on the thickness of the protective film 3.
