In recent years, irradiating living bodies with laser light of a low power of several watts has attracted attention as being effective in alleviating pain and inflammation, as well as promoting tissue regeneration. This is said to be due to the production of morphine-like substances (such as serotonin) that suppress pain in the irradiated area due to weak laser light irradiation, and it is also believed that collagen, which is necessary for tissue regeneration, increases in the area. Furthermore, it has the effect of dilating capillaries and arteries to increase blood flow, and is said to be extremely useful in alleviating pain or inflammation and regenerating tissues.

It is said that it becomes effective only when it penetrates several centimeters under the skin, and on the other hand, it is also known that its effectiveness decreases considerably when the irradiation angle with respect to the living body surface becomes, for example, 45° or more.

あつた。 Therefore, it is necessary for the surgeon, such as a doctor, who operates the treatment device to hold and press the laser head against the treatment point in a state where the irradiation effect is sufficiently high.
It is undesirable to perform the procedure for a long time or on a large number of patients, as this will result in significant accumulation of fatigue for the operator.
Also, it was not efficient, so some kind of countermeasure was needed.

As shown in Figure 2, among these, the areas that are said to have a relatively large therapeutic effect include the celestial pillar of A and the shoulder area for the neck, the shoulder area of B for the upper chest, the midsection of Ha, the lower back, and the arm area. , In the palm area, there are ``Kinyu'' in ``Ni'', ``Yangguan'' in ``H'', ``Long intestine `` in He'', ``Small intestine `` in ``T'', ``Tesanri'' in ``Chi'', and ``Hegu'' in ``Ri'', and in the thigh and foot area, ``Kiyoshitsu'' in ``nu'', There are other works such as Ashizanri. Normally, it is not effective to perform this treatment on treatment points all over the body at once, and it is said that it is better to start sequentially from the parts of the body where the pain is most severe. On the other hand, there are many cases where it is more convenient to perform the treatments at the same time, and there are also cases where it is necessary to treat two or three areas at the same time.

It is widely used because of its advantages such as protecting it from beams and minimizing the danger, but it requires considerable effort to keep the tip of the tip in close contact with the surface of the body. Since the laser head related to this is not something that is directly held and pressed by a doctor, etc., it is naturally expected that if the patient moves the body from the set position, the tip of the head will be separated from the body surface and will not come into close contact. Therefore, some kind of countermeasure was needed to address this problem.

The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and it enables treatment of several affected areas at the same time, enables accurate and quick positioning of symmetrical acupuncture points and other parts, and allows doctors to treat several affected areas at once. It is possible to treat patients without having to hold the laser head in their hands, making it easy to treat many patients or for long periods of time. A laser treatment device has a laser head that has a cushioning property that allows the tip of the laser head to follow the surface of the patient's body and maintain close contact with the patient's body surface in a good condition at all times even if the patient moves from the set position. Its purpose is to provide.

FIG. 1 is a sectional view showing the main parts of a laser head according to the present invention. A semiconductor laser 1 made of, for example, gallium aluminum arsenide with an oscillation wavelength in the range of 800 to 1000 nanometers has its front portion covered with a transparent insulator 2 such as acrylic resin, and a metallic tube portion 3 connected to the insulator. The neck portion 4 is formed by providing. The neck portion 4 is still slidably inserted into the base portion 5 at the rear end of the tube portion. A spring body 6 is contracted between the neck portion 4 and the base portion 5, and can be expanded and contracted according to the vertical movement of the neck portion 4. The tip of the transparent insulator 2 is preferably formed into a curved shape so as to flexibly and tightly contact the living body surface and minimize reflection of the beam at the contact portion. Also,
It has electrical insulation properties to ensure safety for living organisms.
