Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] (1) In a device in which RF signals supplied from different input terminals are selected by a DC voltage switching circuit and derived from an output terminal, an RF signal from one of the input terminals. A high frequency switch characterized in that a DC voltage for operating a switching element is superimposed on the switching element, and the one input terminal is used as a switching DC power supply terminal. (2) The high frequency switch according to claim 1, wherein the switching circuit is a switch element in which four stages of high-pass filter circuits combined with grounded transistors are connected in cascade.
