ドレスを発生するアドレス発生部と、パルスモー
タにパルス信号を与えるパルス制御部と、パルス
信号数を計算するパルスカウンタ部と、前記ＤＭ
Ａ転送部から送られるデータと前記パルスカウン
タ部で計数したパルス信号数を比較しパルス信号
数の方が多いときは加速リミツト信号を出力する
