<Means for Solving the Problems> The present invention provides a storage frame in which an operation plate is slidably fitted on the bottom of a lid that is removably attached to an opening of a container body, and can be inserted into a container body that holds a preservation solution. A fork-shaped lens holder is formed by protruding from the lens holder and holds the contact lens by inserting it from the insertion opening at the tip, and the proximal end of the lens holder is attached to one end and the other end of the storage frame, respectively. It is rotatably attached and has a mechanism that rotates both lens holders by sliding the operation plate, and when the operation plate is slid toward one end of the storage frame, both lens holders are rotated except for their respective proximal ends. This contact lens storage container is characterized in that both lens holders are inserted into the storage frame when the operation plate projects outside the storage frame and slides toward the other end of the storage frame.

<Effects of the Invention> In the contact lens storage container of the present invention, both of the bifurcated lens holders into which the contact lens is inserted from the insertion opening at the tip protrude outside the storage frame except for their base ends, so that the contact lens storage container does not contain the contact lenses. When the lens holder is inserted or removed from the insertion opening at the tip of the lens holder by pinching it with fingers, there is no obstacle adjacent to the insertion opening at the tip of both lens holders.
