(Industrial Application Field) The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition containing powder of the head, tail and perivisceral fat of the Erabu sea snake, that is, bones, meat and skin powder and/or an extract thereof, as an essential ingredient. The purpose is to provide a cosmetic composition that is excellent in activating cells in the epidermis and leads to the improvement of age spots, age spots, skin irritation, etc., and particularly has a great effect on improving gray hair when used on hair. (Prior Art and its Disadvantages) In general, aging phenomena occur as people grow older after reaching adulthood, and among these aging phenomena, the problem of sparse hair and whitening of hair on the scalp has become an important problem. It is a well-known fact that there is generally no definitive treatment for albinism (so-called gray hair) and alopecia. Arsenic agents, vitamin A, para-aminobenzoic acid, and calcium pantothenate have been tried in the past, but none of them have been effective. Therefore, hair dyeing is the only solution to the problem of gray hair, and the mechanism of action of hair dyes used for this purpose is that they often damage the scalp and hair, causing dermatitis. This method has drawbacks such as gray hair at the base of the hair becoming more conspicuous, and it cannot be said to be a fundamental solution.
Therefore, the above method is not necessarily a preferable solution. Currently, various cosmetic compositions for improving sparse hair and gray hair have been developed. Most of these stimulate the skin around the hairline, particularly the hair roots, promote blood flow in and around the hair roots, and as a result, attempt to solve the gray hair problem. For example, ethanol, female hormones, vitamins
B6, vitamin E, pantothenic acid, capsicum tincture, chili pepper tincture, Japanese cabbage extract, hinokitiol, cephalanthine, photosensitizer, ordokinin, etc. are usually mixed in three or more types. However, these methods mainly aim to improve hair loss and sparse hair, and secondarily to improve gray hair, and there is currently no hair improvement method that is superior to the combination of the above two methods. It doesn't exist at all. However, the efficacy of these drugs and herbal medicine ingredients when used externally is rarely clear, and as a result, the effectiveness of conventional commercially available drugs for external use for hair growth and gray hair improvement has rarely achieved the expected results. . In addition, there is a tendency for these various ingredients mentioned above to be used nominally, assuming that they have a precedent for formulation, in order to obtain approval from the Ministry of Health and Welfare as a hair growth agent. Furthermore, these conventional cosmetics for hair growth and beautification are intended to stimulate the scalp, which may cause rash problems for some people, irritation for people with sensitive skin, and irritation of the scalp. In some cases, there were disadvantages such as over-drying of the hair, which had the opposite effect. In addition to such hair problems, age spots or age spots appear on the face of middle-aged women and elderly men and women. Spots, especially on the face, are a serious problem for women, and senile spots on older men and women are also disliked as the ugliness of the elderly. Cosmetics that prevent such stains have conventionally existed, and many of these cosmetics contain placenta and vitamin C, which inhibit the activity of the enzyme tyrosinase. The tyrosinase activity inhibition rate of placenta extract is significantly lower than that of vitamin C, and its supply is limited and extremely expensive. This placenter mainly inhibits the activity of tyrosinase, an enzyme that produces melanin from tyrosine, and by inhibiting the activity of tyrosinase, it prevents melanin pigment from being deposited on the skin, thereby preventing the formation of age spots. It is thought to have a suppressive effect. However, a substitute for this placenter that has the same effect as that of placenter has not yet been found. The tyrosinase inhibitory ability of vitamin C is far superior to that of placenta, but it is easily degraded during the manufacturing or distribution process, and its excellent effects cannot be expected to last at all. In light of the above circumstances, the present inventors have arrived at this invention as a result of intensive research into cosmetic compositions containing highly safe ingredients that are effective in improving various adverse phenomena associated with aging. It is. (Solution Means) That is, the present invention provides a cosmetic composition containing powder of the remains of the Laticauda Semifasciata after removing its head, tail, and internal organs, that is, bones, meat, and skin, and/or an extract thereof. In this regard, we have completed a highly safe cosmetic composition that has the effect of eliminating gray hair and age spots (particularly senile spots), which are aspects of the aging phenomenon, and have thus arrived at this invention. (Structure of the Invention) The Laticauda Semifasciata used in this invention is a sea snake belonging to the Laticauda subfamily that lives from the western Pacific Ocean south of the Ryukyu Sea area to the Indian Ocean. It has a total length of about 1.2 m, and its tail is eel-shaped. It is a flat-faced poisonous snake. Regarding this sea snake, the composition of its venom, the extract (venom) from its venom rays as a substance that has a lethal effect, and its immunity to sea snake venom have been known, but other than its toxicity, there are no particular medicinal or cosmetic ingredients. It is not known at all that it is effective. In the present invention, it is preferable to use powder of the head, tail, viscera, and remaining parts of the sea snake from which perivisceral fat has been removed, ie, bones, meat, and skin, an extract of this powder, or a mixture of the two. To obtain powdered bones, meat and skin of this sea snake, first remove the head and tail, then remove the skin, bones and
Separate the meat from the internal organs and surrounding fat, separate the skin, meat and bones, then cut into appropriate sizes. After this cutting, if necessary, degrease using a known degreasing solvent. After drying by a known method such as freeze drying or natural drying, the powder may be prepared by mechanically pulverizing the powder. Alternatively, remove the head and tail from this Erabu sea snake, separate the skin, bones, meat, internal organs, and surrounding fat, cut the separated skin, meat, and bones into appropriate sizes, and soak them in water. ℃ for 1 to 3 hours, then filtered, the filtered filtrate is concentrated, and the concentrated liquid is then freeze-dried to prepare a coarse powder. To give a specific example, 12.5 kg of skin, bones, and meat are boiled at 100°C for 2 hours, and the concentrated filtrate is freeze-dried to obtain 143 g of coarse powder. The yield was 1.2% based on the raw material. This coarse powder has a pale yellow appearance.
It is a powder with a unique fish-like odor and a mild taste. Incidentally, ether, chloroform, alcohol,

% (phospholipid 17.0%, neutral lipid 1.85%), and others. In order to prepare the cosmetic composition according to the present invention using the powder and/or extract of the bones, meat and skin of the Erabu sea snake obtained in this way, it is necessary to use approximately 10 mg to 5000 mg in terms of these extracts. It is desirable to incorporate it into cosmetic compositions. Further, these components may be used alone or in combination. To prepare a cosmetic composition, in addition to this component, other known ingredients such as a humectant, a softener, a solvent, an oil, a fragrance, an antioxidant, etc. are appropriately mixed according to a conventional method. (Effects of the Invention) Next, the effects of the invention will be made clearer by describing Examples and Test Examples of the invention. Example 1 A lotion having the following composition was prepared. In this formulation, (A) was prepared by dissolving 10% of the powder in water, and (B) was prepared by dissolving 10% of the extracted powder in water. The lotion was prepared in one bottle of 500 c.c. Glycerin 5.0(%) Polyethylene glycol 0.2 Surfactant 2.0 Oleyl alcohol 0.1 Ethanol 15.0 Fragrance 0.1 Component (A) or (B) 0.05 (converted to dry ingredients) Purified water Remaining volume 100ml Test example 1 The stain obtained in the above example A stain-preventing lotion was prepared in the same manner as in the example except that preventive cosmetics (A) and (B) and placenta (comparative example) were added as a comparative example. Using these samples, a total of 60 people (20 men and 20 women (52 to 75 years old)) with aging spots continued to use the products for 3 months, and the effects of each month were examined. It was observed whether the number of senile plaques increased. The results are shown in Tables 1 to 3.
