ドパイプを要旨とするものである。 In view of the above-mentioned drawbacks, an object of the present invention is to provide a guard pipe for electric wires, etc., which can simplify piping work, especially piping work to corner sections, and can increase the number of electric wires, etc. to be inserted. In order to form a cylindrical body that can be divided into two parts vertically and assembled so as to be bendable in the direction of the dividing plane, the vertical cross section is wavy with equal pitch, and both end edges in the circumferential direction are formed. The gist is a guard pipe in which a pair of semi-circular split pipe bodies are arranged side by side in opposite directions, each having a difference in opening width so that the inner and outer parts of the pipe overlap each other in an interlocking manner. .

In the drawings, 1A and 1B are a pair of metal plates each formed to be plastically deformable in order to form a circular guard pipe G. A semi-circular divided tube body, which can be divided into two vertically divided tubes, and arranged side by side opposite to each other in order to assemble the combined circular tube bodies so that they can be bent in the direction of the dividing plane (direction of plane A in the figure). and the peaks 2A to 2A, 2B to 2B and the valleys 3A to 3, respectively.
A, 3B to 3B are alternately connected in the axial direction of the circular tube, and the vertical cross section thereof is formed into a wave shape with equal pitch, and the opening widths b1 and b2 of both the divided tube bodies 1A and 1B are the same. A slight difference is given based on the difference in the radius of curvature in order to overlap the ends 6A and 6B of the tubes 1A and 1B in the circumferential direction, respectively, in an interlocking manner. , 1B are placed opposite each other via a wire bundle, etc., which are inserted through the wires so that both the peaks 2a, 2b and the valleys 3a, 3b face each other, and when pressed centripetally, the wire bundle, etc. inserted inside the Both split tube bodies 1A for holding,
1B can be combined into a circular tube shape.

することができる。 Note that the bent tube-shaped two divided tube bodies 1A and 1B for protecting the corner portions of the wiring are assembled by inserting a flexible cylindrical body that can be tightly fitted into the straight tube-shaped two divided tube bodies 1A and 1B in advance. After bending the whole body in the attached state in the direction of the dividing plane a, both the divided tube bodies 1A and 1B can be divided and molded.

A locking strip attached at a distance in the axial direction of the circular tube from the inner circumferential surface of the tube, and is a locking strip attached to the inner circumferential surface of the tube, and is a locking strip attached to the inner circumferential surface of the tube, and is a locking strip attached to the inner circumferential surface of the tube, and is attached to the ridge portion 2 of the inner split tube body 1A.
Both split tube bodies 1 are engaged with engaging portions 5 to 5 recessed opposite to each locking strip 4 at both ends in the circumferential direction of A.
In order to prevent excessive fitting or uneven fitting when assembling A and 1B, and to align the assembly positions of both split tube bodies 1A and 1B in the circular tube axis direction, the outer split tube It is attached along the circumferential direction to the inner surface of the mountain part 2B of the body 1B, and each engaging part 5 is attached near both ends of the body 1B.
They are arranged in parallel and slightly separated from each other near both ends of the inner surface of the peak portion 2B so as to be engaged with each other.
